Comment : Well, all I can say here people is to avoid it. Wife and I visited with a salesman who went by A. Initially, wife found a jeep she wanted to see and set an appt with dealership online. I arrive at the appt time only to find that there is no jeep there as promised by the dealership. A tells me that he's sorry but it's gone out of state. Yes, so I asked why would you post it online? Shrugged his shoulders said out of his control. That it should have been removed from inventory by someone else. Showed me a large inventory of vehicles and when I chose one, he said: Oh sorry about that one as well. It's also gone. Oh, but it gets better. Then he proceeds to look for another and I have my wife come into the showroom and sit with us. A finds one at a affiliated dealership down the road, so he says. Tells us it would only take 10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes dragged into 30 minutes of sitting down in a warm and uninviting showroom. What did A go do? He went to show other cars to other people. After 30 minutes he says it arrived. We go outside to see the jeep and says Oh, I forgot to tell you it's basic, basic. As in no power features, no power windows, locks, etc. It was definitely not for us. But it gets better. It was a scorching hot afternoon, like 99F. My wife said we'll see the one white jeep out at the very back of the lot. A says to go out there and he would meet us. We walk out there in the heat and waited for 10 minutes and nothing. We returned, got into our car and left. Later, only because I called him did he apologize and said he was looking for the key, reason for never coming out to meet us. Otherwise, had I not called he wouldn't have called us back. You want that happening to you? If you buy a car and need service? Now that's customer satisfaction. Not!!
