Comment : I DONT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR.. I WAS GETTING A JOB THEY LOST MY DRUG TEST MADE ME TRY AND FIND IT.. THEN SENT ME TO TAKE ANOTHER ONE HAD A 4 HOUR WAIT TIME..SO THE MANAGER THEN SENT ME TO HIS LOCATION ABOUT 45 MINS OUT HA A N ACCIDENT ON THE WAY AND NEVER ONCE GOT A CALL TO SEE IF I WAS OK.. NOW HE WILL NOT EVEN REPLY.. THATS POOR SERVICE..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE..DONT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE..

Comment : Local dealership wouldn't warranty my truck without wanting to charge me an extra $200! So I brought my truck to this location in Ennis, TX and did the warranty work for free like it should be, because my truck only has 29K miles and still under factory warranty! Recommended them, because of their honesty, quality work and fast turn around.

Comment : The absolute worst service I have EVER gotten from any dealership. I will never go back to purchase a vehicle or even get an oil change. If you’re reading this, you should probably go somewhere else before they screw you over as well. I would leave a zero star review if I could.

Comment : First time I have used Frank Kent for an oil change. Fast and Easy - what more can I say! Five Stars 7 months ago, but a 1 Star today :( I had an appointment, and was told that if I wanted, they "could get to it sometime this afternoon". My appointment was at 12:30. I guess these appointments don't mean anything...........very disappointed. Made a special trip (37 miles) to keep this appointment. Will not be going back for any work on my cars.

Comment : The quality of the work was excellent. However, I made an appointment on-line for 08:00. I showed up at 07:45. My truck took two hours for an oil change - the team didn't seem to be well organized or even aware that I had an appointment. I believe they simply worked the jobs in the order received - first come, first served. And I believe I was delayed as a result.

Comment : I took my car in for a service job and the dealership wrecked my car. My car was a total loss so now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to get another vehicle. Update 4/5/2019 The dealership called me on the 3rd to set up an appointment to come in and speak with the GM on 4/4/2019 and see about getting into another vehicle. I was very relieved after they called because I figured they were finally going to make this situation right. Well I was wrong. I show up to the dealership and instead of getting to speak with the GM I got to talk to a salesman. Without being asked what type of vehicle I was interested in I was shown vehicles that I had no interest in or were nothing like my vehicle I had. Finally I found a car that I liked. I was told that the vehicle was $32,010 and they would drop the price to $29,998 and then give me a $3000 rebate on top of that. I was happy at the moment because I felt like they were trying their best to help for what happened. I looked on their website and the price of the car was already listed at $29,510 so I was actually only getting the $3000 rebate. Even though I wasn't getting as much off as they told me I was it was still a decent price even though I felt it should be lower since they are the ones who got into an accident in my vehicle even though the accident wasn't their fault, they were in possession of my vehicle. So after all that I assume that the dealership was going to finance the vehicle since they are the reason I am having to get another vehicle. WRONG. They ran my credit and said that they would not be able to find anyone to finance me and that I needed to get with my current lender about financing the new vehicle. I have to wait until my current lender gets the check from the insurance company because I can get financed for a new car. Yes they gave me a loaner car but if for some reason something happens and my current lender doesn't finance me then I will be left without a vehicle and unable to get to work. The whole situation is very stressful because before I took my vehicle to the shop I wasn't worried about not having a car. A simple service job has turned into a nightmare. I dropped the car off in Ennis thinking that everything was going to be ok and all of this happened. I wasn't aware that they were going to drive my vehicle to the dealership to Corsicana. when the car was wrecked it was being driven back from Corsicana to Ennis, which no one has yet told me but after the accident I looked at my Onstar tracking and that's how I knew my vehicle was driven to Corsicana. This has been the worst experience ever. I left the dealership on the verge of crying and a horrible headache. I wasn't able to sleep last night and I still have a headache. So now I am just waiting and praying that I don't end up without a car.

Comment : Smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had! My salesman, Haden Sibley, was awesome. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions. Got everything I wanted and more. From the moment I walked through the door until I signed the paperwork, everything went smoothly and did not take a lot of time. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle. And my salesman of choice will be Haden. Thanks!
