Comment : The used car director was rude. We went in to look at vehicles and knew what we didn’t want to spend on a vehicle (I’m not spending more than my rent on any vehicle) they brought out a crappy deal on a vehicle that needed several things done. Wanted us to put 4200 down (we already told them we didn’t want to spend more than 3) and still have to pay 1100 a month for 78 months. We declined and were told we wasted their time and we went in not wanting to cut a deal. Told them the offer Ford house gave us, and we were just trying to beat it. was then told that it was a lie (it wasn’t) and that any offer given to us that night was not gonna be there tomorrow.

Comment : Just moved to Texas and needed a new car..i was looking for a used one but by the time I left I was in a brand new car...I had the best experience there.. Travis started me off with a friendly text then when I got in Deon Edwards and Steve Mitchell made sure I was happy when I drove off.. Loved going there .. Look forward to getting my next car from them..

Comment : First time to use Pegasus Chevrolet. Josh did a great job getting to the problem I am having with my truck. I believe they may have found the problem. It’s working great and time will tell. I can highly recommend Josh in the Service Deparment if you don’t know a Service Writer there.
