Comment : Mike Clinkscales was awesome and helped make the purchase seamless. I am beyond grateful for everyone who was involved to make this the best vehicle purchase experience ever. I went in to look at a vehicle with another vehicle on my mind somewhere else. I left to go look at the other vehicle and five minutes later I turned right back around. My mind was already made up from the first few minutes of being there. If you need a vehicle go visit this great staff!

Comment : I’m only leaving two stars because of the first two people I’ve felt with. I purchased a Grand Cherokee from this dealership and had to return in back not them because the tail lights were not working. The vehicle was also not optioned with the one thing that I requested as I was told (I should have checked before paperwork) but none the less, the return was hassle free and I selected another vehicle to purchase. From this point forward, the communication from this dealership has been none existent. I was able to obtain a “we owe” for the windshield as it was broken when I purchased it. I was told that the part would be ordered and we could schedule an install. After multiple attempts to contact the salesman by phone, I finally had to take the time to return to the dealership (weeks later, after no communication) in person to find out what is going on. I was sent to service and it turned out that from the point of purchase, to the time I had to visit, no progress was made. Finally got a ticket started with service for the windshield. I was able to text the service department rep that I was set up with, once. He gave me a date that the windshield “should” be ready, and I’ve never heard anything back. I attempted to call again, and got gate kept from the service advisor, all to be transferred to an automated voice that eventually hung up on me. Tread very lightly with anything service related, or just purchase a new vehicle and cross your fingers that when you drive off the lot, you won’t need to contact them for anything again. My first salesperson, Batiste and the finance person Carlos, are the only reasons this review is getting stars. They were great to work with

Comment : Job was done well. I got a shuttle from the dealer but tried to call and get picked up but they didn’t answer.

Comment : I don’t recommend this dealer ship to anyone, if I could do no stars I would but I can’t.. This was an experience that I never had before. Never will I go there again.
