Comment : I?m extremely disappointed with the service department at Dodge Northwest Hills. My vehicle has been there for over three weeks for a recall, and during that entire time I?ve received little to no communication.

My service advisor, Isaac , has not provided any meaningful updates, and I?ve had to follow up myself just to try to get basic information. Even then, I still don?t have a clear answer on the status of my car or when it will be ready.

Being without a vehicle for this long with no communication or sense of urgency is frustrating and unacceptable. A simple update or check-in would have made a big difference, but unfortunately that hasn?t happened.

I expected much better customer service and transparency. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves communication with customers going forward.

Comment : My service advisor Issac was awesome went through entire repair process even made sure I had a courtesy vehicle been with dodge since 2006 first repair ever needed besides regular service maintenance out of 4 vehicles

Comment : 10 ...that was the best experience I've ever had everyone was so kind and made me very thankful that i bought my wife and my wife bought me a vehicle from ya all ...usually once the paperwork is done and you drive off the lot customer service in the past experiences dissipated over time ...but that young man in the service department even offered me coffee while he worked me in because of appointments not updating even though I had a confirmation email...I always tell everyone your the best shop in North Texas because you are ...Thanks for all you do
