Huge shoutout to Shelly for patiently answering all my questions (and not judging me too hard). She made everything super easy to understand and made sure I left slightly less clueless than I arrived. 10/10 would trust Shelly with my car?and my confusion?again.

Comment : I saw the car of my dreams on cars.com and phoned in and got Chris Vanzandt, he was accommodating on the phone and answered my texts quickly. I went and test drove it on the side streets by the dealership, never getting to highway speeds. But it seemed nice and I signed the papers but didn't have anyone with me to drive it so it took a few days to arrange transport as I'm a couple of hours away. I had it one day and it started dripping oil on my driveway like crazy, I took it back to them to fix and also asked that the front tires be balanced because at 65 and up it was rough and bouncing the faster you went. They had it 3 days fixing the oil leak and I asked Chris on the phone before driving it back if they balanced the tires, "OH yes they did and did a front end alignment ". I should have test drove it before he headed back to the dealership, but hindsight is well, you know. So I couldn't tell any difference in driving it on the highway, like he just flat out fibbed to me! I took it to Discount Tire and paid $88 to balance the tires and it's perfect now. Must be a new sales person, or desperate. But don't lie to me.

Comment : DO NOT TRADE WITH AUTONATION! I received an offer to sell my BMW X3 over the internet. The condition I stated was exactly as it is. I took it to AutoNation and they agreed it was in the condition I stated and then offered me $2500 less than the offer I received over the internet. I asked why the difference and the guy said that the offers made over the internet were typically TOO HIGH! what a deceptive practice. I did the same with Carmax and they offered me exactly what they did on the internet. AutoNation should be ashamed of there selves. I will NEVER trade with them. Do your self a favor and stay away from this unscrupulous business

the only way I would ever deal with you again is if you honor the offer they made over the internet, When I walked into the dealership the salesman asked if I was good with this internet offer and I said yes. He then came back with the lower offer. Terrible way to conduct business.

Comment : Luis Ruiz wasnt very helpful when I asked him whats covered on my insurance that i purchased form him when buying the car when I went for an oil change. He wanted to basically avoid question. Also I had to leave my car for 3 days of diagnostics just to fix a simple issue in my car play.

I recommend not to fall for their warranty insurance. Absolute scammer and not helpful at all.

Comment : This location was really far, but they had exactly what i was looking for. My salesman Arthur was great. When i got there, he had the car waiting for me to test drive. The staff were friendly and they had me out of there in no time!
