Comment : Spent nearly 3000$ on maintenance for my jeep here. For years ive kept a stuffed fish plushy in my front window. It was missing when I picked up my jeep. I asked about it and was told they would look for it. Never heard back. If you come here, empty anything of value out of your car first. If things go missing they dont care.

Comment : After having a repair done I was told I could make a payment through a link, that was never sent, and I could get my Jeep after service hours. As the link was never sent it has made it so that I cannot get my vehicle and was hung up during open service hours, not being able to get anything done to get my Jeep. I then called the dealership to get my Jeep they told me that it is too bad, I will have to wait. If you need anything done at this dealership I strongly advise never going here find a reputable dealership, AUTONATION is NOT it.

Also I asked for a trusted advisor and another advisor took his spot without allow me to work with the advisor that I requested and all of the "high pressure sales" from this advisor was unwanted and unnecessary.

General Manager is also never available so who is running the show at this dealership????

Comment : I had an appt to have the emissions recall performed. I was told when I made the appt that I would need to drop off vehicle. No problems on check in, went very smooth. A few hours later got the call to come pick up vehicle. It was waiting for me and Joaquin walked me out and made sure I was a satisfied customer. Great customer service as usual.
