Comment : This is probably the best service I've had to date since owning my Buick Envision. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and they were able to get me in right away, finished my servicing of my vehicle and I was on my way. The turnaround time was fast and greatly appreciated because I had a lot of things I had to accomplish on my calendar for the day. I do have some recommendations that I will be scheduling more than likely with my next appointment. Thank you AutoNation for getting me in and out in a timely manner.

Comment : This was my complimentary first service on my new 2026 GMC 3500 Denali Dually. I was told when I checked in that they would not be able to complete a tire rotation because the bay that has the heavy lift was being worked on and that It would be annotated that they owed me a rotation. I guess that also meant that they were not checking the air pressures on my tires either. When I left I saw that tow of the rear tires were 8-10 lbs low and the front 5 lbs low and it was not annotated anywhere on the paperwork about owing me a tire rotation. I guess that is what is what you get on a complimentary service.
