Comment : I take my car (2010 TSX) into Acura for select maintenance, including transmission fluid changes. My service advisor, Jon, was very helpful from the beginning of the appointment to the end. For those who don't know, they send an inspection report and a video of the inspection as part of the service. This was very helpful When the inspection report came back, two things stood out: 1) video allowed me to make my own judgement of what the tech was recommending, and 2) I clearly missed the price of the transmission fluid change. Here's where I was really impressed: when Jon wasn't able to help me on his own with my questions on the price of the transmission service (process ... I get that... not a problem), he brought me in to talk with the service manager. Both were very receptive and open to working with me to finding a good solution. I very much appreciate that, and will be bringing the car back here because the car is performing well after the work, and they value customer service.
