Comment : As a contractor, not having the use of my truck is crippling. These guys diagnosed the problem sent me the quote, I approved it and they stayed late to repair it so I was able to get my truck back the next day. Great job.

Comment : I always do a top dollar oil change however, my Wife doesn't travel far and wants a lower grade oil.To her, it is unnecessary...The tech agent needs to have her approval, prior to the service.She expected to pay for an $82.99 oil change with a $25 coupon.She paid $89 after the coupon rebate.She won't be be back, due to the lack of savings that she expected.I'm sorry for your loss.Thanks I always do a top dollar oil change however, my Wife doesn't travel far and wants a lower grade oil.To her, it is unnecessary... Comment : Had a flat tire and drove in no-notice. They fixed the tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes - no charge. Had no previous experience with them but I will definitely be using them in the future. A first class operation!

Comment : Took my car here to fix an oil leak. I paid $600 for the diagnosis, oil change, new drain plug, and to have my valve gasket replaced. I bring my car home, and it is leaking way worse than it was when I dropped it off at the shop. I was told to bring it back in and not to worry they would not charge me to look at it. True to their word they looked at the issue for free and say there is a crack in my oil pan. $400 for parts and labor. They offered to drop the price to $375, as if they were doing me a favor. I told them I was just going to come pick up my car because I didn t trust them to work on my car after missing something that was easily identifiable had they done a thorough diagnostic. I had someone else look at my car and they tell me that the drain plug I have is rated for 28 foot pounds but it was torqued to 50 foot pounds (!!). I called the shop on 2/1 and told them about this and the tech said the manager doesn t work on Saturdays and he knew the tech who replaced my drain plug and said he that doesn t sounds like something he would do. I feel that my oil pan should have been replaced with good will as you guys are the reason my oil pan was cracked. I included a picture where you can clearly see the crack stems from the drain plug.Took my car here to fix an oil leak.
