Comment : I came here a couple years back for a diagnosis paid 120 plus for the diagnosis and an air filter that I didn t need! Comment : I have been bringing my cars here for 23 years and have always been more than satisified with their service and auto repair quality. They use superior parts, explain why a repair is needed and blend all this in with excellent, friendly and professional customer service. Also, I have had about a dozen occasions where they said a repair I assumed would be needed was NOT neccesary. They could have just gone ahead and replaced the part and charge me the labor but they did not. From Elizabeth, who is fabulous in the front desk, to Jim and Chris who skillfully keep our cars healthy, to Kenny who runs the shop, I cannot think of a better place to bring your car!

Comment : Please stay away from this service center. My wife's car, which was just serviced there yesterday for an oil change, unexpectedly broke down today in the midst of a busy road right after exiting the highway. To our shock, we discovered that all the engine oil had leaked out. This was a first-time experience for us, causing immediate panic and necessitating a call to the police for help. When I contacted the service center, their response was dismissive, merely stating that everyone makes mistakes. This is particularly frustrating because I had just inspected the car's bumper a few days ago and noticed no issues on the bottom. Now, we're dealing with an extensive oil leak. Our choice to use this center was influenced by the Costco discount, but I've come to realize that it???s not worth it. I caution everyone to be very careful if you're considering this place for car repairs, especially if it's just for a discount.
