Comment : I have been taking my vehicles for all maintenance and repair work here for the past several years. I have a Toyota, a Hyundai, and a couple of Hondas. I fully trust them and their work. They stand by their work as well and have helped me take good care of my vehicles.

Comment : One of the MOST pleasant interactions I?ve had with a mechanic in my life! The front desk is so helpful and inviting I almost feel like family! All the mechanics that work that are so nice and so quick and efficient, I?m in and out in no time!

And a special thanks to Andy! He always makes me feel like I?m getting the most bang for my buck!

Comment : Amazing service. My car broke down a few miles away and I talked to Andy on the phone and he helped me with a tow truck and really hooked me up. Was able to get my car looked at the same day, and fixed by the next day. Absolutely amazing service.

Comment : They put used parts in my vehicle without telling me or disclosing it on the receipt which is against the law, even tried to keep the parts and not refund them until I started asking questions. The next day my vehicle broke down resulting in nearly $5000 in damages and costs. Do not bring your vehicle here.

Comment : Thanks to Steve and the Crew at Ultimate Automotive for getting me back on the road with a new set of tires. I was almost stranded from out of state with worn tires (my fault for not paying attention) but these guys had my truck done in no time. A great place with friendly, fast service !

Comment : My best summary is that the only thing I get done anywhere else is oil changes.
I trust their work and especially their honesty. They also have a comfy waiting room and they will drop you off anywhere in Slidell for a long wait.
