Comment : ceptional service from start to finish. The team at Automotive Center of Mandeville was professional, honest, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure the job was done right. It's hard to find an automotive shop you can truly trust, but these guys earned my confidence. Fair, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing automotive service. Five stars!

Comment : ABOVE 5 STARS! Integrity, knowledge, skilled and honesty are words I would use to describe Automotive center of Mandeville. I was deceived by another mechanic prior and was feeling defeated. Jason promptly diagnosed my vehicle with discretion and honesty. As a single female who doesn't know much about cars, this meant the world to me. Every repair was done with excellence, and I can't thank them enough. My car is running smooth!!!

Comment : Extremely professional, very easy to talk with in layman’s term instead of Mechanic language that the normal person doesn’t understand. Very nice and personable. Trustworthy! Sent me messages and phone calls to discuss possible options and did NOT try to sell me unnecessary services. In fact, Jason advised me what the options were and completed the work within just a few hours! I definitely recommend Jason and his team for your Auto repair needs. He is the only mechanic shop I will be going to.

Comment : Great experience this week working with Jason. We called on Monday and explained our issue, dropping the car off that morning following our conversation. He provided a repair estimate by Monday afternoon and completed the repairs by Friday. They even did us a huge favor on a separate issue with the car that we had not discussed - which to me, reflects a desire to do the right thing for the customer, something not enough businesses do these days! Could not recommend Automotive Center of Mandeville enough for any auto repair needs.

Comment : If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 1st visit was to customize an old truck for my son with a lift, wheels, stepbar and truck bed. They provided honest thoughtful advice, and it turned out great, so I knew I?d be back. Since then, they?ve done the AC, audio and mechanical repairs and now I won?t go anywhere else, even for routine maintenance. Always responsive, transparent and fairly priced. Highly recommended

Comment : While driving home to Mandeville, La. From visiting my daughter in Porter,Tx. I got on the Atchafalaya spillway. Shortly after, I noticed that my air conditioning was blowing hot air and the water temperature on my vehicle bottomed out. I was able to add water at the Atchafalaya spillway rest stop and make it home to Mandeville without any further problems.
The next day I called Jason, the owner of the Automotive Center of Mandeville and made arrangements to bring my car in and have it checked out. Jason's mechanic Bryan, ran tests and checked the sensors on my car and found everything was in order. I asked Jason to change out the coolant and the water I added to my radiator for coolant only.
Jason could have told me my car NEEDED a new radiator, or the sensors were bad and needed to be replaced. Not knowing any better, I would have told Jason to replace the bad parts and fix my car.
I believe Jason the owner and Bryan his mechanic run an honest business and give their customers the best prices they can. Having a neighborhood business you can trust to give you the BEST service and pricing in today's day and age is very important And at Automotive Center of Mandeville you get that.
