Comment : I had come in because I just needed an oil change. I came to Auto Lab because they had a coupon advertising a full service synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $24.99. They had told me that I needed to change my air filter - I was opting not to do this as I just wanted the oil changed. The manager basically told me that they are ???losing money with this deal,??? and that if I only ???wanted a cheap oil change??? then I should go somewhere else. I asked him, do I not have the right to choose to get an air filter from elsewhere? He said that they ???have a right to refuse service.??? So basically, they refused to do my oil change/rotation, just because I didn???t want to get my air filter changed. I would NOT advise anybody to come here, based off of their lack of professionalism - it is very disrespectful to refuse service just because the customer is not interested in purchasing something other than what they initially came for. It???s not the customers??? fault that Auto Lab advertised this deal for $24.99, and that it is causing them to ???lose money.??? Why would it even be advertised if that were the case? I would never recommend service like this to anybody - I do not appreciate feeling forced like I had to buy something that I wasn???t interested in, and then on top of that, not being provided with the service that was advertised, just because of their pettiness with me deciding that I didn???t want an air filter changed.

Comment : 2nd time doing business with AutoLab. Both experiences have been excellent. I believe the person I worked with was Phillip who was friendly and professional. Always kept me in the loop about the status of my vehicle. I had my rotors and brakes replaced and couldn't have been happier with the results. These guys know what they are doing and are not trying to upsell you on services you do not need. What I do appreciate is that they will give you a heads up on anything that may need to be repaired/replaced at some point in the future and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They take the time to listen to your needs which goes a long way in keeping customers. AutoLab will be my go to repair shop from now on. Highly recommended to anyone who needs work on their cars!
