Comment : ????? Exceptional Service, Uncommon Honesty, and Genuine Heart

I cannot recommend Autobahn highly enough, and a special word of appreciation goes to Farnoosh, the manager, who exemplifies what outstanding customer service should truly look like.

I needed to replace the door window switch panel in my car, and the dealership had quoted me considerably more for the job. At Autobahn, I found not only a much more reasonable solution, but something far more valuable: honesty, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to treating customers right.

Farnoosh was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. What truly set him apart, however, was his character. He approached the situation with sincerity, patience, and a level of empathy that is increasingly rare to find. He made me feel that my concerns mattered and that I was being treated as a person, not simply as another customer or an opportunity to make a sale.

That is the difference between a business that simply provides a service and one that earns your trust.

Autobahn is fortunate to have someone like Farnoosh leading its team. His integrity and customer-first approach reflect tremendous credit on the entire shop. In an industry where customers can sometimes feel uncertain about pricing and repairs, people like Farnoosh restore confidence and remind us that honesty and expertise can—and should—go hand in hand.

I left with my car taken care of and, just as importantly, with a genuinely positive impression of the people behind the service.

My sincere thanks to Farnoosh and the entire Autobahn team. You have earned my trust, my appreciation, and my wholehearted recommendation. I would gladly return and encourage anyone looking for skilled automotive service delivered with honesty, fairness, and genuine care to give Autobahn a visit.

Excellent work. Fair treatment. Outstanding leadership. And above all, a good heart.

Farnoosh, thank you for being the kind of professional who makes a real difference. People may come to a shop for a repair, but they remember the people who treat them right.

Autobahn is a five-star experience, and Farnoosh is a big reason why.

Comment : I had a great experience with Autobahn! Farnoush at the front desk was consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. The team took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain the recommended work, and keep me informed as the repair progressed. Everything went smoothly and stress-free, and I was very pleased with the quality of the completed work. I appreciate their clear communication and reliable service, and I would definitely recommend Autobahn to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop!

Comment : “HONESTY IS REPEAT BUSINESS !” AUTOBAHN SERVICE CENTER lives by this quotation ! I needed some work done on my BMW 750i. I called four German car specialists, and AUTOBAHN's manager, RAY, quoted me almost half of what other three did. And RAY explained me over the phone what exactly is involved, while others wanted me to bring my car to them, and they asked for a hefty amount to do so. Another service manager, FARNOOSH, is also a very nice gentleman. AUTOBAHN is my GO TO service provider for all my cars. Finally I got a winning LOTTERY number ! …… Alan Goswami, Plano Texas

Comment : Autobahn has been servicing my Mercedes for almost 8 years now and I've had nothing but a great experience! Farnoosh is an excellent service manager who goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of every time. I've recently had some major repairs, and they were communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. The oil changes are quick and easy. Will always come back to Autobahn!

Context: Farnoosh was my advisor, and Owen was my tech. This was the first time I brought my vehicle into Autobahn Service Center. My car has been having issues lately — the engine wires had been chewed through by rodents, a problem I got fixed less than a week prior to this incident. Just yesterday, my battery, and free scans from O'Riley and AutoZone were saying the issue was the Alternator. I dropped off my car at Autobahn using their overnight ticket drop off since it was after hours. They contacted me first thing (~8 AM) in the morning and said they would get to testing the battery and electrical system. Farnoosh was so kind and understanding, giving me a 25% first-time customer discount on the check.

Around 12:40 pm that same day, Farnoosh got back to me and let me know the battery was the issue, not the alternator. He encouraged me to go back to where I got the battery done 11 months prior and get it replaced under warranty. I picked up my vehicle, and he graciously waived the cost of the service. I can't express how thankful I am for this kind gesture as car issues have plagued me all this month. This small act will mean that the next time I need any car service, Autobahn is the first place I will be going. They have made a customer for life.

To top it all off, he gave me free advice on what anti-rodent spray to buy to prevent any wire tampering by vermin in the future. Thank you so much for helping me out in a tough time, and everyone should see if Autobahn Service Center can help you the next time you want to service your vehicle.

Comment : I cannot recommend this place enough. I had my check engine light come on a couple weeks ago and learned I had a cylinder misfire. The first shop I took it to charged me over $1200 for a compression test and leakdown and without actually addressing the root cause of what was wrong, they quoted me over $30k for a new engine and various other unrelated repairs.

Ray at Autobahn was able to take a closer look, find the root cause, and address all the issues I was having for under $650! This place truly has its customers best interests in mind and I will only be coming here for any service and maintenance on my car from here on out!
