Comment : My car just died at a stop light. Got a jump and took it right to Autobahn where it’s been maintained for the last four years. Assumed it was the alternator. Happy to get a quick call that the battery cable shook loose. They tightened it up and tested it. All good and no charge! Thanks.

Comment : Had our first experience with Autobahn Automotive this week and I cannot say have been more pleased with experience. While they are master mechanics handling many foreign car makers, including Volvo, what I found most exceptional was there communication system.You could text them and they answered immediately and you can tell is not automated. They send the full quote of work to review via text and email. Just completely positive experience all around. Comment : I had an episode with what I thought might be a transmission concern with my 2014 Volvo with 101K mi. I was recommended to Autobahn Automotive by my local mechanic who doesn't do that type of work. After checking their many excellent online reviews, I tele and spoke with Ryan who understood the problem, and even though it was mid-afternoon, said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. After getting off the phone, I discovered it would take me longer to get to their shop then I thought, and called back to see if they had a loaner if my car needed to stay overnight. This time Christine answered, and after checking to make sure, she said they have a loaner car available for me if needed. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ryan, Christine, and another service attendant. Another fellow came out of the bay as I explained the issue with my car. I was then directed to their comfortable waiting room. Maybe 35 minutes later, Ryan came into the room and went over their findings. There was no determination of any transmission concern, and all tests and fluid results indicated no concerns, albeit with the understanding that Volvo transmissions are complicated. I then went to the counter to pay for their time and diagnostic, and was surprised to be told..., "We don't charge for this." I thanked them for the excellent service, and found my car waiting as I walked out the door. I am very impressed with the entire process and overall service. Comment : I can t say enough good things about Autobahn. Kristen and Ryan are both excellent to work with and very communicative throughout the entire process. The loaner car fleet and digital car inspection report make logistics and decision-making easy. The work estimate is always accurate, and should the technician happen to get the job done sooner than expected, they will happily pass that savings along to the customer. The parts they use are OEM and the workmanship meets and even exceeds what I have received at the dealer. My technician Arvene did a great job on several more-involved maintenance and repair items that I had due, and you can tell that he has great attention to detail. I still don t know how he worked on a white-on-beige car without any sign that he was ever there. It is difficult to not recommend Autobahn. I just wish that some doctor s offices would carry the same level of passion and professionalism!I can t say enough good things about Autobahn.
