Comment : Took my car to Auto Wrench because it couldn't make the drive to any other shop. This shop asked me for my warranty information which I provided but told me it was job to print it out since they didn't want to pick up ink, after going back a forth they finally agreed I can email it. Than went to go get my diaper bag out of the car and they lost my car keys which took them a day to find. I got a phone call asking if I took my car as they have the keys since they don't know where they parked it. Called me back after a few hours that they found the car and it was going to cost 600 which is why I have warranty. He yelled at me over the phone and hung up. My boyfriend called back and his wife answered and hung up again. I had enough of them so I called Triple A which had them tow my car to another shop. Comment : I was on my way to Zoar Valley and I ended up getting a flat tire. The newer cars do not usually come with an actual spare tire anymore so I pumped it up with air just enough to make it a half mile to his shop. The owner was great. I showed up right when he opened, he was short one guy and he still saw me without an appointment and patched up my tire fast! Can t find a good, wholesome and personal car shop?? Go here. I drove to Zoar Valley and drove home over an hour away and no problems. Thank You Again!!

Comment : TOW SERVICE(Never used garage never will): Straight up hacks..if you gotta get assigned these guys through triple A you're gonna know about it because they are always miserable and aren't afraid to show it or make you aware verbally that they'd rather be pretending to spin a wrench for a jacked up hourly rate or straight up not be there helping. I've had one good experience with them years ago...that guy apparently left .. I understand why. I've had 3 family members one who was a senior citizen 2 tour Vietnam vet on the side of the road making him pull his own tool box off because the tow truck driver couldn't get the entire vehicle on the truck with the carrier and the box due to his incompetence.. And lack of attention to detail and his surroundings..thats safe..probably something a professional would have caught rather Than making an old man get behind a suspended Van on a winch try and pull the pin out of the carrier by himself..which was synched from the angle it was stuck at because it wasn't their vehicle and not their responsibility.. maybe they coulda lowered it for him if they only had a system of levers that operate the art of vehicle towing right there in front of them..maybe next time..when we were alerted of the altercation and expressed how we were gonna remedy the situation if they didn't..they threatened to get law enforcement involved for transaction/customer interference??.. which they are no strangers to. They're like that woman you live next to in Tonawanda named Bonnie who calls the cops if a kids ball goes in their yard..they love 5-0..I love our Heroes in blue too .. (don't scoff just cuz you have traffic court you know there are some damn good cops out there that make up for the one trooper who still pulls people over for exhausts...and will literally crawl around your car and check your tie rods while hes at it...on Route 39..not that slob..the legit men and women on the force)but I'm not about wasting their time or using them to waste time..AW also have treated two women in my family like trash. My cousin had her keys locked and running and AAA assigned them to help and the guy made it clear that he she was damn lucky..he wasnt happy.. was sleeping and people would be screwed without him. Clearly they have a god complex..like most mechanics but, without the intelligent banter or pride in their work.. They love to profile too. Another female family member crashed from ice...ya know...winter.. and the guy came late, called a cop cuz he said she was under the influence of controlled substances at 7-8am on the way to work...you know that quick boot of black tar heroin we all do to kick off a weekday before we clock in... Now the truck was off the road in a ditch..but I hope you don't value your vehicle or appreciate people being cordial with your property... because they caused more damage yanking it out instead of doing a few different angle pulls..or at least attempting to be decent. Look..I get it...it's not their vehicle but 2 women and an old man who I care very much about all felt like trash after dealing with auto wrench. That's clearly how they viewed these scenarios, people and a few other individuals I've talked to who have experienced similarities. Idk if it's just newer personnel ruining their name...but for all I know the garage could do good work..but why bother after all that. Needing AAA is nerve racking enough...do you think your loved ones or even u yourself deserve to be made to feel any worse than the situation calls for.. I don't care what they say in their response to this it won't be any worse than thing's they've said to all of us Hacks ..shady and lazy dudes that need humbled or a different gig.. Probably say they don't agree with the evolution of Vehicles because they're computer alliterate and are scared that they will soon be rendered obsolete.. I'm just being petty haha I prefer combustion engines. I just hate these arrogant individuals.

Comment : My husband got a flat tire and this location was the only place in the area that accepted the request from Allstate. It was going to take over 2 hours but they are not close to us. My husband was able to get help to get the tire off, so I cancelled the call for assistance they called to make sure I cancelled but I know it was an inconvenience, so I wanted to post a positive review because that???s all I can do at this time. I really appreciate that they were willing to make the drive from Gowanda to Irving. Thank you
