Comment : Used do great business with this shop things have changed would stay clear of this business. Came in to have my transmission looked at they ended up not doing the work and having another shop do it which is fine. But it would’ve been nice if they told me beforehand cause I pay for somebody else labor and I guess they was the middle man. I had to see my car on a tow truck going to another shop so I was confused. Had to get approval from auto world before I could go pick my car up from the other shop, I overheard the other shop owner say I can’t give him a receipt because I don’t want him to actually see the price that it was. To me that is not good business got my car back running, but if you could take it to another shop I would do that whole process seemed shady .

Comment : I have been using Auto World for the past 8 years, since I relocated to Missouri from another state. The service has been excellent, but there have been changes in the management staff due to retirement. The younger advisors are not as patient with seniors at times.
