Comment : I brought my Chevy Equinox in because of rough idle. Jay diagnosed the issue and said it's an easy fix bro! Told me all I needed was an engine treatment, also said I could do it my self if I get the treatment at Oreillys for cheaper. He could have easily overcharged me for an oil change but was honest and saved me some money. What mechanic does that now a days? His honesty has earned a customer for any car troubles I may have in the future.

Comment : Jay and his team did a great job and even got my vehicle done sooner than anticipated! They serviced my vehicle's concerns with quality replacements and explained in detail what the problem was, all at a great price. They also verified there wasn't any other issues to be aware of & topped off my fluids on their own accord. Very glad I found this place, definitely recommend!

Comment : Took my vehicle to Auto Technik Carcare for a diagnosis, and these guys are the real deal. I worked with Sham, the service manager, and he was awesome--professional, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. He broke everything down in a way that felt honest and easy to understand. They told me upfront they work by appointment only, are usually booked a week or more out, and have been in the same spot for 26 years. That alone tells you they're doing something right. Bottom line: great communication, zero pressure, and solid work. I left feeling confident I chose the right shop. I'm a very happy customer and would absolutely recommend Auto Technik Carcare to anyone looking for a trustworthy place. I'm 100% not paid to write this review and definitely not some type of bot--just impressed. Check them out!

Comment : Jared is a knowledgeable mechanic and great to work with. He cares for his customers and the jobs needed to be done. He communicates how the job is going and when it's ready for pick up. We have had work done on our vehicles many times over the years. It's a busy small shop but I trust his work.

Comment : I was referred here by a friend a few years ago and glad I was. The prices are fair and customer service is great. Sham is very professional, kind and informative of the service that would be done. I also appreciate when they warn me about things that are starting to wear down but don’t need immediate attention. This way I get my wallet ready in the future. Won’t take my car anywhere else.
