Comment : I brought my BMW 430i to Auto Technik to diagnose a coolant warning, which was the service requested. The car was dropped off early morning. Despite multiple calls throughout the business day, I received no response. The shop promised to follow up before proceeding with any repairs. However, my vehicle remained at the shop overnight without communication. When I called first thing the next morning, I was informed they had topped off some coolant.

The shop charged a $150 diagnostic fee that included pressure testing, but I was never shown any test results, photos, videos, or other documentation to confirm the suspected leak near the water pump. They quoted over $2,100 for a thermostat and water pump replacement. While the water pump price was reasonable, the thermostat estimate appeared high, particularly because labor was billed separately for two projects despite significant overlap in work that could have been combined.

Based on this experience, the communication and transparency were inadequate. For repairs of this magnitude, customers should receive evidence and clear explanations. Neither was provided. Given the absence of proof and poor communication, the value I received did not align with the quoted price.

Comment : Ich brachte meinen Honda CR-V, Baujahr 2014, zu Auto Technik, weil ich seit einigen Monaten immer wieder Startprobleme hatte. Ich war bereits bei AutoZone und O’Reilly f?r kostenlose Checks, aber keiner konnte mir eine klare Antwort geben.

Bei Auto Technik wurde ich von Jay am Empfang betreut, und ich bin ihm sehr dankbar f?r seine Freundlichkeit und Geduld. Er h?rte mir aufmerksam zu und erkl?rte mir den Ablauf klar und deutlich, ohne Druck auszu?ben. Obwohl ich viele Bedenken hatte, wirkte er nie genervt oder gehetzt.

Ich wei? nicht, wer an dem Auto gearbeitet hat, aber der Service wirkte insgesamt professionell und gut organisiert. Sie machten mir einen klaren Kostenvoranschlag, erkl?rten die m?glichen Reparaturkosten und boten mir eine einj?hrige Garantie auf die Reparatur, was mir ein gutes Gef?hl gab.

Ich sch?tze Jays respektvollen und ehrlichen Umgang w?hrend der gesamten Erfahrung sehr. Ich m?chte mich mit dieser Bewertung bei ihm und dem Team bedanken, dass ich mich gut aufgehoben gef?hlt habe.

Comment : Went there today to do a brake fluid flush, Sham was patient, honest, professional, and nice! He explained to me in details about my car's condition. And the price is reasonable. Would def recommend this place! :)
