Comment : I recently had the pleasure of visiting Auto Tech Shop and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I’ve known Antonio for some time, and when I learned he was working here, I knew I had to check it out. His expertise and friendly demeanor have always impressed me.
As a long-time BMW owner, I’m used to that premium service BMW offered. After Antonio's recommendation, I decided to bring my car to Auto Tech Shop and was fortunate to speak with John, another incredible member of the team. The warmth and welcoming nature of this small family-run business made me feel valued right away.
What stands out the most about Auto Tech Shop is their fairness and value. My past experiences with dealerships, like BMW El Cajon, often felt like I was paying inflated prices. Last time I visited, I was shocked to find out the service would cost twice as much as it did at Auto Tech. Not only did they complete the work much faster, but their quality was top-notch as well.
After having the bushings replaced, I was pleasantly surprised to find I didn't even need an alignment on my wheels, which saved me significant money. The team's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I left feeling grateful for finding a place that prioritizes its customers without the usual premium costs.

Comment : Honest, professional service. Highly recommend these guys! I got a full inspection done on my Toyota Prius, and they replaced my brakes and rotors. Everything was clear and professional, and they didn't try to up-charge me with random fixes like some places do. This will be my new go-to place!

Comment : Talk about a shop with ethics and honesty. I brought my Volvo in to John and Antonio for the first time ever to get an oil change done. Since I already had the car there I told them it was making a noise which I feared could be the turbo. After a keeping the car and few hours of diagnostic all signs pointed to an expensive turbo replacement. Antonio put his expertise to work and after even more diagnostics he determined it was actually just a gasket on my turbo and not the entire part! They called me up with the great news and worked hard at making things normal again. These are the situations that set shops apart and when you earn a customer for life. Not because it was a cheaper repair than what they originally quoted me for, but because they were honest about it and only sold me what I truly needed. My Volvo is back on the road and running incredibly well. Thanks to the auto tech team for their hard work! I’ll be back.
