Comment : Two winters ago, my car needed repair and I took my car to Eugene and his crew because they provide expert care and service. Every time I need help, they always take good care of me and my car.

Last time: after I had my oil change, my car threw a “check engine” light on the dash, so I took my car to Eugene — he used some technology to see why that happened. Although we couldn’t find any reason why the light came on, at least I know who will take care of my car’s motor problems: Eugene and his crew!

Today I needed my front headlight fixed, it was out for a few days. They discovered it needed a new connector and now my headlight works again.

I have a different version of my beloved Fiat now and the very day I bought it from a stranger, it threw codes: codes for engine, esc, abs. It’s not quite out of the woods for the electrical and code issues, but Eugene is a masterful mechanic as is his son and Shawn and of course, Taylor. I am never dissatisfied with the service I get at Autoshop NW. Thanks for taking good care of me and my car. I appreciate your sensitivity and professionalism and how you always look out for the customer who needs your gift for mechanical issues.
