Comment : Two winters ago, my car needed repair and I took my car to Eugene and his crew because they provide expert care and service. Every time I need help, they always take good care of me and my car.

Last time: after I had my oil change, my car threw a “check engine” light on the dash, so I took my car to Eugene — he used some technology to see why that happened. Although we couldn’t find any reason why the light came on, at least I know who will take care of my car’s motor problems: Eugene and his crew!

Today I needed my front headlight fixed, it was out for a few days. They discovered it needed a new connector and now my headlight works again.

I’m never dissatisfied with the service I get at Autoshop NW. Thanks for taking good care of me and my car.

Comment : I had Auto Shop Northwest do some work for me on my '99 Land Cruiser. I normally work on it myself but it doesn't fit in my garage anymore, so I went to them with a list of things I needed done. It took a few weeks to get in because they were so backlogged, but that wasn't a big deal to me. They performed an inspection that showed a few other things that needed doing, but agreed to do just the work I specified. I went over everything they did when I got it back and the repairs were done perfectly—I've had zero issues with the truck since. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Comment : No. Just no. I tried to take my car here because it was walking distance to my home and seemed to have decent reviews. My experience here was terrible and I feel like it would be irresponsible of me to not tell others about it. Condensed version: they insisted on doing 3 major things to my car when I only needed one major thing. They quoted me a price of more than the car is worth. They refused to only do the one thing the car needed. This is after charging me for a full inspection of the car. When I decided to take it elsewhere, they even gave me the wrong set of car keys. Twice. In a row. I would definitely advise to never take your car here. Look at the dates on the good reviews. They all seem to be from years ago.
