Comment : RV Specialist helped me with the suspension modifications to my Class C RV. The RV would sway side to side at times when driving on unstable roads and uneven terrain. With their professional knowledge and experience they recommended modifications to my stock suspension which proved to stabilized the handling of the RV and made me feel very comfortable in all driving conditions. Their expertise and quick turnaround time was greatly appreciated. Comment : Repairs were done as expected in a timely manner. Living room slide in our 2014 RV had to be completely re-built and reinforced, and the bedroom slide needed to be serviced. We dropped it off clean inside and out. When we picked it up we noticed they had not cleaned up after their repairs. We also misunderstood some the charges on the final invoice. Mike the owner reached out to us right away and sent detailers to our house to detail the interior. He also cleared up the questions about the invoice in a very professional manner. He truly understands customer service and is a man of his word. Very professional. We will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
