Comment : Took my car in, told them it was taking several times to start and that it was likely the starter. They told me it wasn't having any issues, the starter fail fully a few days later, called a mobile mechanic and he fixed it. Havent been back to this place.

Comment : Avoid this shop if you care about your car. Took my Mazda 2017 CX5 here for an oil change and it started leaking right after. I took it elsewhere for urgent repairs because oil leaks are pretty concerning. The technician at Auto Experts in Colleyville showed me the leak came from the oil pan and informed me that either the crush washer was not replaced or the bolt was not properly installed, I call the shop and ask for a refund because I am having to pay for another oil change and the shop refused a refund because I didn't bring it back to them first. I'm Not going to continue to drive my car with an oil leak to potentially cause damage. I can definitely provide proof provided from the other auto shop but they didnt care...Definitely not going back. Stay away!!
