Comment : Rj Automotive has rebuilt my transition in my truck and put a new engine in my car. Both were fair prices and done in an extremely professional and timely manner. Randy and everyone else are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rj automotive for all your car needs you will not regret it!

Comment : I chose this shop because of the great reviews it had and I'm glad I did. My ac is working great now and so is my brakes. Thank you for the great job yall did on my car.For anyone looking for a place to get yr call worked on, this is the place to go to."Tid bit" No matter what shop you go to, yr going to pay money for the work. So for those of you that complain about the price of work done to yr vehicles. Just remember nothing is cheap anymore, so if you have to have yr vehicle worked on, wouldn't you want it done right. I don't have a mechanical degree, and there is going to be times when I need work done on my car. This place is now my go to for mechanical work.I chose this shop because of the great reviews it had and I'm glad I did. My ac is working great now and so is my brakes. Comment : EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Yes my car and my fianc?s car has been there many times, just different Gmail name. I ve posted a receipt for your proof so we re not called a liar by you once again. Also attached the screenshot of the phone call from today where my fiance was talking to Cailey about our concerns. The owners response to this review and other negative reviews is the perfect example of how they will dismiss your concerns and lie, when they know we just talked to them about this issue today!Terribly dishonest people who will not stand behind their work. Dropped off a perfectly fine key fob and picked it up broken and put together with missing buttons ($300+ fix). When asked they were immediately aggressive and argumentative and said they didn t break the fob, then tried saying that it was broken when we gave it to them (it wasn t), then said that the key is 14 years old and could have snapped apart when they were working on it and it s not their fault (it didn t per the experts fixing the fob, they said it looked like someone stepping on it and cracked it), then said they could have dropped it all in the same phone call. On top of that, we got a brand new battery in the car and new connections wires, per their recommendation and the next night the car started sparking/dying. Issues we weren t having before. When I also brought up those concerns they immediately dismissed our concerns saying it can t be anything they did and that they would charge us for another diagnostic. Don t believe these few good reviews they will be perfectly nice the first couple times before you have any actual concern with the quality of work being done, then they will immediately be aggressive, rude, and dismissive to your concerns.EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Yes my car and my fianc?s car has been there many times, just different Gmail name. Comment : Great service, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff. Everyone there treated me with kindness and respect. The communication directly between the mechanic and myself was a huge help. They were quick and efficient once the parts came in. All in all I was satisfied with the work at RJ Automotive.
