Comment : I love David and his staff. I have some trouble with my used Jeep and he has been so meticulous and patient with me. He explains everything thoroughly. He has the experience to help you with American cars. I got stranded in Tennessee. Luckily I was able to get a tow to his shop.

Comment : I was able to jump my Prius using a Aaa guy. And I was able to drive it over to Auto Master, but I knew that once I turned the car off it would likely not be able to start again without a jump or without a new 12v battery.

The man I talked to basically said that he didn’t want to work on it. I just wanted a change of a 12v battery and anything else they could do to get the car running so that I could reliably drive it.

The repairs I suggested was oil change new tires, and maybe new wheels, and a new 12v battery which is the battery that starts the car and backs up extraneous power use.

I was Basically giving him the promise of a lot of work but it wouldn’t be very difficult honestly. The man I talked to was convinced without even looking at the car that it was the large battery in the hybrid system that had a problem, those batteries have a 300 thousand mile life, and I have had the car long enough to know that is not the problem.

The problem is again that the 12v battery next to the spare tire is dead. And I even provided him with a new battery to put in.

He gave me the number of somebody else about 45 minutes away and left me with a dead car stranded in their parking lot.
And now I have to get it towed or jumped. That auto shop has never picked up when I called their phone and has played phone tag with me for two days.

When I said that I’d have to have it towed and that it would need to be dragged onto the tow truck since it cannot be put into neutral without being on he sort of just laughed and said that I’d be getting new tires anyways and that it wouldn’t matter.

So I’ve taken the trouble of bringing my THERE to his shop and he has basically turned me away without even looking at the car. Even if the car needed some major repairs done I was merely asking for basic repairs enough to get the car running consistently. But I was turned away leaving me with a huge hassle to deal with because now my car is sitting in a parking lot at risk of being towed by them or robbed of anything in it by anyone who wanders on by.

I brought the car to this auto shop also because I own a business in the same strip where they are and I wanted to support a local business. It’s just sad to see someone with no common sense and no concern for the stress I now face to get this car fixed.

Comment : They are they best took my car in cause i needed a second opinion on my car. They could not find nothing wrong they kept my car for three days to see if it would act up and it didnt. They ran all the test they could car is still running good.
