Comment : HATE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BUT I GOT A TRUCK THROUGH THEM AND HAVE NOT GOT THE TITLE. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THAT KNOWS SOMETHING THAT CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER OR UPDATE, IF THS IS A REPUTABLE BUSINESS HOW WOULD AN OWNER OR MANAGER BE OKAY WITH THIS AND ALSO NOT BE WILLING TO TAKE A PHONE CALL FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.

Comment : Having purchased 3 vehicles from the Auto Mall in the past I reached out on a truck that I was interested in. Initial contact was great, I got a phone call almost immediately after I inquired online. After that there was a serious breakdown in communication. Now almost 3 weeks later and I never received a trade number on my truck or a number on their truck (to be upfitted with a truck body). Zero communication along the way and no response from salesman or sales manager after multiple calls texts and emails. No idea what happened but it's not sustainable if they want to stay in business. Stay away if you're looking for an easy process.
