Comment : Prior to having the service performed, I had been discussing the suspension concerns and what I wanted for suspension upgrade with the parts manager Jon H for past couple months. He was extremely helpful and told me that they had done this level work with Cognito parts and fox 2.5 shocks many times in the past with good results. Service department was very professional and helpful and completed the work on schedule, and put their best tech on it.
