Comment : I’ve been taking my car here for years and have never had any issues until now. They quoted me $3200 for a $500 service. In addition, they told me the brakes needed to be serviced when they were just replaced. They will rip you off. Do your research and go to another auto body shop. Do better.

My experience with AutoLenders (Berlin/winslow service) has been nothing but lies, cover-ups, and complete negligence.

Sold certified needing brakes and rotors all the way around immediately after purchase. 3 pads and rotor jobs in 10 months before handing me a caliper recall..
I brought my car in for caliper issues, and the service manager (Rob) told me it was going to Nissan for a caliper recall. I was handed paperwork that clearly showed ONLY the caliper recall. But behind my back, AutoLenders authorized Nissan to perform an IPDM recall update — without telling me, without my permission, and without disclosing it in writing.

After that undisclosed recall update, my car went into electrical chaos:
– ABS/AWD/CVT warnings
– system resets
– limp mode
– BCM electrical fault
– lean code
– and eventually the shifter failed completely, leaving my car stuck in Park.

This all happened immediately after the recall update they hid from me.

To make matters worse:
• One of their mechanics added a completely fabricated “electrical concern” to my service record — something I never reported.
• My car came back with nearly 1,000 unexplained miles that they still cannot explain.
• Their story keeps changing every time someone speaks.
• They refuse to provide full service logs and diagnostic records I am legally entitled to.
• They offered to “fix the shifter as a courtesy,” even though the shifter failed only AFTER their undisclosed recall update caused electrical damage.

Jason, the director, seemed more concerned with talking about himself, had no explanation for the miles, the fabricated concern, or the recall they authorized without telling me. Instead of accountability, all I got was excuses and gaslighting.

My vehicle is my only form of transportation and is how I operate my business and support my kids. Their negligence didn’t just break my car — it disrupted my entire life and livelihood.

AutoLenders is selling vehicles with major issues, returning them unsafe, and falsifying or manipulating legal service records. Check your paperwork carefully and record every conversation — because their story changes every time and the truth only comes out when they get caught in their own words.

This place is a complete FRAUD.

Comment : Nobody from service level to corporate can give me an explanation for falsified customer concern , undisclosed recall repair, and 1000 miles put on my vehicle while in their shop ! My car is now completely inoperable and they refuse to take accountability. They sold me this car certified preowned with a caliper recall that left me with alot of close calls. This recall led to this whole mess
