Comment : I give Auto Express 5☆ because of the quality of their work and how they genuinely care for their customers. Patrick and his employees are professional are very knowledgeable. They always call you before they do anything on your vehicle. I have taken multiple vehicles to Auto Express to either get a diagnostic or getting something repaired they were upfront and honest about what need to be done. I had a 2006 Toyota Sienna's front struts replaced. I also had a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT that wasn't running right and started knocking. Patrick diagnosed the problem and found out the 3 of the cams were eaten up. His crew totally rebuilt the top end of the engine and it ran like a dream. I have recommended Auto Express to multiple and if or when I have car issues in the future this is the auto shop I'll be taking it to. Highly recommend these these guys as they lead with integrity!

Comment : Auto Express -Whitehouse Texas. I had an engine issue. They did a Diagnostic and told me that I needed a complete rebuilt engine installed. I took my vehicle to another auto service and it was a very minor issue for the cost of a minor part and install. Auto Express - Whitehouse Texas is either totally crooked, incompetent or both! Also on checking the cost of engine rebuilding at other Auto shops they were the highest cost of all. The cost ranged from 6.5k to 10k. The average was about 8.5k. They wanted 12.5k. The highest of all. Again I would not trust them. Totally taking advantage of customers. Upon inquiring from others - 2 other friends said, they had taken their cars there and were told they also required a engine rebuilt and installed. They also got a second opinion and their car did not require it. Steer clear of this crooked disreputable auto service provider. Other have also told me they are as high or higher than dealerships for basic services.

Comment : Brought an old truck of my dad’s in after another place couldn’t figure out the problem in four weeks! They had it repaired in two days and that was due to waiting on a part being delivered. Very friendly folks that I highly recommend.

Comment : Worst experience ever. We trusted Auto Express with a coolant leak repair — $1,064 later, the car had even more problems the same day we picked it up. The leak was worse, and the engine started acting up immediately. When we took the car back, instead of standing by their work, Auto Express quoted almost another $1,000 and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility, saying the car was “thoroughly tested” before we picked it up. We took it to another shop, where the mechanic confirmed how poorly everything was handled. Workers were extremely rude and uncaring- would not recommend this place to anyone!

Comment : Great! Delivered as promised. Mgr Brock Parsley and owner, Patrick are straight shooting guys who tell it like it is, no B.S.! They'll advise if there's any change to original estimate and why. They'll even keep the old parts allowing you to see exactly what they did. Give these guys a holler if you need car work done.
