Comment : Great! Delivered as promised. Mgr Brock Parsley and owner, Patrick are straight shooting guys who tell it like it is, no B.S.! They'll advise if there's any change to original estimate and why. They'll even keep the old parts allowing you to see exactly what they did. Give these guys a holler if you need car work done.

Comment : Brock and his guys guys come highly recommended and I saw why. Professional, friendly service and a fair price.
Go in realizing you will be charged for a diagnostic on your vehicle. I understand the charge, but I would have liked to have known up front.
The money is not the point to me, it’s the transparency, or lack there of, but many may not be able to afford $130 just to find out what’s wrong with it.
Our hypothesis is a transmission on a 9 year old car with 207,000 mi on it, so off to buy a new car.
All in all this is a very good place to bring your vehicle for repairs and I would go again if needed.

From initial phone call to greeting at garage to explanation of service plus referral for detailing work for our Lexus. Best thing? Our cost was less than half initially quoted for headlight. They do just about everything except alignment. That works for us!

Comment : They don't have the necessary skills to repair foreign cars. But they won't tell you that when you call to make an appointment to drop your car off. Instead they keep your car for 8 weeks before they admit they have no clue what to do. Meanwhile they have charged you thousands of dollars for that 8 weeks. Then they offer you a very small fraction of what the car is worth (if it was operational), to get you to walk away from it (and the thousands of dollars in charges), having led you to believe the car is junk. Then suddenly within 2 weeks, your car is seemingly repaired, and on their lot for sale at a premium price, because they took it to the proper repair shop to have it fixed. If only they had said they didn't know how to repair it before messing with it to the tune of thousands of dollars. I don't know if that's "just business", or if it's shady business. At the very least, once it was repaired, I should have been contacted with the option to return the small amount I received for the car plus pay all repair charges to get my car back. But instead, they will make a hefty profit for themselves by duping a widowed senior citizen.They don't have the necessary skills to repair foreign cars.
