Comment : I’ve been driving for 25 yrs and I’ve lost count how many cars I’ve had. Consistently taking my cars to auto repair shops in at least 6 different states. Auto Dr.’s has been the BEST experience I have ever had.
Honest, straight forward and realistic right away so I didn’t have to wonder when my car will be done or how much it costs for the repairs.
They fixed my Jeep which had two different issues. Even after I got it back and discovered an issue, drop right back immediately and swiftly corrected the error. THEY EVEN WASHED MY WINDOWS FOR ME! I don’t think I will take my beloved Jeep anywhere else ever again.

Comment : I took my 2005 Grand Marquis in for fluid changes and checkup,
as it was driven infrequently and sat for long periods. They thoroughly checked out systems,and informed me of necessary
items needing immediate attention for safety's sake,or ones that could wait,w/o doing major harm. Eric the technician even fixed
my cruise control,and told me how the diagnostic machine led
him to the defective part. I was thrilled I didn't have to drive across Nebraska and Wyoming without it. Great job!

Comment : I agreed to a $183 diagnostic charge. What I got was a "maybe this $1200 thi g will fix it" they did not rule out other likely problems, instead spent most of the time finding other things they wanted to fix.
End the end my truck is in another shop and I'm out $183.
