Comment : We have used Auto Doctors for the last few years, and they have done an outstanding job, every time. They have worked on my SUV and my wife's car. We're talking a complete engine swap, front end work, etc.

Both my wife and I have busy jobs, and they have handled our repairs promptly and efficiently. We have always had a great experience from them too. We highly recommend them and for anyone to build a solid relationship with for work on vehicles. The staff are great, down-to-earth, and just wonderful to work with.

I wish more shops ran like these folks run theirs. We've been appreciative of their work, communication, and professionalism.

Comment : Brought in my 2015 Chevy Sonic because of their reasonable full-synthetic oil change price. I had a few other concerns with the vehicle that I talked over with the service manager Tanner. Auto Doctors did a great job of checking those areas of concern for me while highlighting a few pieces of maintenance that I had put off for quite some time. I did not feel pressured to approve all the maintenance/repairs they brought up and instead found Tanner to be honest in his assessment of what was critical and what could wait to fit my budget. It felt like a conversation and we were able to agree upon the work to be done. The price I was quoted at that time was the price I paid.

Auto Doctors was also kind enough to give me a courtesy ride from their shop to my home and from my home back to their shop when the car was ready. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule, greatly reducing my stress around work.

My test drive on the way home felt good and I noticed what felt like an immediate improvement in performance. Popping the hood and inspecting the vehicle when I got home revealed no leaks or any other obvious concerns.

Overall I found Auto Doctors to be professional, friendly and very competent and I would recommend them to anyone needing auto maintenance of any kind.

Comment : I cannot speak enough about how amazing this shop is. I took my car to a different mechanic two weeks before finding Auto Doctors and it was a terrible experience where they had my car for 10 days and still weren't able to fix the issue. Auto Doctors had my car a few hours and were able to correctly diagnose my cars issues and tell me what needed to be repaired with a reasonable estimate. I know my car can be difficult since it is a diesel but they had no issues whatsoever. The repairs were quick, I had my car back within a few days (this was not the shop's fault but shipping for the part was delayed) and it runs like I just took it off the lot and it's now 12 years old! I cannot thank them enough. Tanner was amazing and kept in constant contact with updates. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. I even recommended a colleague who took their car in and had it fixed and returned same day. Thank you Auto Doctors!

Comment : Overall.. great people and good experience.
Typical went in for one job and left with multiple lol. How it goes with cars. The suv needed some love. They took care of things quickly and were transparent about it all the whole time. Would recommend if you have the funds and want professional services.

Comment : Changed my oil, sent me on my way and the car was leaking huge amounts of oil. Took it back so they can fix it only to have the same thing happen a second time. Really could have been bad if I wasn't paying attention. So probably skip these guys. They also didn't even say sorry or try to make my experience better, and I was a consistent customer for more than 4 years. So. Def skip.

Comment : If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I brought my vehicle in with the understanding that the issue could be properly diagnosed and repaired. I was charged with the assurance that the problem would be fixed. However, after the service was completed, the issue remained unresolved.

What made the situation even worse was how I was treated. The staff spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. I felt completely unheard and honestly helpless trying to get answers or any kind of resolution.

As someone with over 15 years of customer service experience, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect.

At this point, I am exploring my options moving forward, including seeking legal advice.

I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

Comment : I had a really disappointing experience here. The prices were very high compared to other shops, and the service felt unprofessional. After paying a lot of money, my car still had the same issue it wasn?t fixed at all. I wouldn?t recommend this place at all.

Comment : 2016 Mercedes-Benz sprinter electrical issue, booked appointment and before my appointment went in and asked them directly if they still thought they could take care of my issue they said sure all I can tell you if you have electrical problem. This ain't the place to take it. They deal with cookie cutter things and sevice small repairs that they see all the time , basically all they did was the codes . I already had the codes from another mechanic so basically they took my money and did nothing for me and sent me down the road. maybe for wiper blades and oil change they might be able to take care of you. wasted time and money. don't go.
