Comment : As it turned out I was interested in buying new snow tires to improve the driving experience of my new car (2025 Subaru Impreza sedan). Auto Craftsmen was no longer dealing with obtaining new snowtires for a given vehicle. I have had to search for another facility, and am currently waiting for my scheduled appointment to have the new snowtires put on my new vehicle. Auto Craftsmen Ltd is currently out of the picture and I don't anticipate that I will be doing business with them. My past experiences with Auto Craftsmen have always been satisfactory. The change in facilities is due to changes having to be made to obtain the new tires.

Comment : I can count on Amy, Kevin, and team to complete the job right and on time. The job is noted on paper, all the details are listed on the document and time stamped. Often there are photos along with the description and future repairs. Everything is included with the bill.

Comment : The work I requested (undercoating) was completed on time and on estimate. It is always a pleasure to interact with Amy and her team. Although the cost of services at Auto Craftsmen are higher that other area automotive service providers, I value the peace of mind I have that the work will be done properly, on estimate and that any other issues with my car will be brought to my attention.
