Comment : I received mail reminding me of the upcoming inspection and another for my second undercoating. It was followed up being able to make my appointments via email. On the day of the appointments a loaner car was waiting for me to use while the vehicles were being serviced. When the vehicle was ready, I was notified by phone. When I returned to the shop, I was able to quickly return the loaner car, pay for the work that was done and left very satisfied. Later on I was able to read the document I was given and had a clear description of the work that had been but also work that would need to be done in the near future. The bill was always declared at the time of the appointment. No surprises. I have never had to bring the vehicle back because the repair was done wrong.
