Comment : We were traveling from Colorado to the Oregon coast last week when our truck broke down on the interstate late in the afternoon. Called a few shops in Pendleton, but only the Auto Clinic said that they may have time to look at the truck. It was after hours by the time we were able to get the truck towed to the shop. Called first thing the following morning, they got right on it, completed the repair and we were back on the road that morning. I’m certain they bumped us up in line to get us back on the road quickly. Big shout out to Daniel and the crew at Auto Clinic of Pendleton. Thanks for the prompt help!

Comment : My husband and I were on our way back home to Albany from La Grande when his truck stopped working in the middle of the road! Somehow, this shop was able to get us a new alternator and replace it SAME DAY! They really saved our butts and saved us a lot of time and money. Thank you!!!!

Comment : The engine of my Honda Civic suddenly shut off at highway speed 50 miles south of Pendleton. My home was 300 miles away. I was nervous about finding a mechanic in a town where I didn't know anybody. Mike at Auto Clinic had a long list of customers waiting to be served. Since I was stranded, he fit me into the schedule without an appointment. His foreman, Bob, immediately knew the timing belt was broken. They gave a thorough explanation of the problem that there was probably damage to the valves and head. He took the time to talk through the various scenarios of junking the car, having his crew install a used engine, or repairing the existing engine, all without pressuring me one way or another. I decided on the latter. His crew replaced all the bent valves and lapped them into the head, inspected the head and found it to be undamaged, replaced the water pump and timing belt, and fixed several other unrelated problems. When all the work was done, the total bill was much lower than what most mechanics would have charged. Bob, the lead mechanic, even road tested the vehicle himself after the repairs, driving 40 miles at highway speeds to ensure everything was okay ... with no extra charge for his time!

This crew is skilled and honest and more than fair. I've never been so impressed with an automobile mechanic. I'm left with this weird feeling of thankfulness that I had a major breakdown in the middle of nowhere. My Civic runs better now than it did before the timing belt broke. I hope I'll be near Pendleton next time I have car trouble.

Comment : Brought my vehicle here two times and Mike and his crew are wonderful. Super quick and reasonably price. Exceed my expectations of service. Obviously part of business plan to be quick and straight forward with the vehicles that come in. Just great will refer and continue to have them as my go to mechanic.
