Comment : My service was good, however I fell in your parking lot on an area that was not sanded. I told the man at the desk. No one asked how I was doing, or offered to make sure I got to my car safely. I ended up in the ER after. Would have appreciated some better customer service and consideration.

Comment : My truck failed inspection due to ball joints, with repair covered under my extended warranty. Autocare + worked with the Mopar warranty people so I didn’t have to drive to a Ram dealership for repair. Very accommodating and prompt appointment once warranty details were ironed out.
