Comment : Super friendly and honest staff. They always make me feel welcome and clearly explain the work they recommend. Recently I went in and they suggested it was time for a tire rotation, so I said sure. Then they ended up saying my tires looked fine and I didn’t need to pay to have them rotated. Another time, they suggested I could choose a much cheaper option of how to fix an issue instead of paying a lot more in labor and parts for the alternative. I really appreciate that they aren’t trying to “pull one over on me” which is how I’ve felt at some other auto shops. They also send coupons in the mail and even applied a coupon I mentioned I had received but forgot to bring with me.

Comment : I hate hidden charges. Charging $250 is insane just to tell me what?s wrong. Insane hourly rate that you don?t even list on your invoice. I know you gave a discount because I diagnosed it, but still, I don?t believe you should charge for diagnosis at all. I specifically said that?s why i don?t go to dealerships. I made that clear when i made my appointment and you snuck it in there anyway. So, my journey for a new mechanic continues.

Comment : I love this place! After years of driving a large number of miles up to Wiscasset everytime my Audi needed service, I'm very happy to have this wonderful shop closer to home. Caleb was exemplary- kind, accommodating and professional, especially in his explanation of required services and costs. They have a loyalty service program you can purchase for a fee that offers discounted services and free oil changes, plus you earn points on each purchase. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I elected to get all of my wheels refinished. They sent them out to their preferred provider and the results were amazing. The photo is of before all 4 wheels were done. Now rhey all look like the rear left. The price was so reasonable. Thank you!

Comment : Been here three times so far on a recommendation from a friend, all great experiences, and I can?t imagine going anywhere else at this point. I appreciate that there?s no bull, they just give me the options for things I should do, things I could do, and leave the decision to me, no pressure. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, and in my experience, great turnaround time on repairs. If you?re looking for a new go to local shop, look no further.
