Comment : I’ve been going to Auto Care Plus in Merrimack for about three years now, and they continue to impress me every single time.
I recently went in for an oil change and, as always, the experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. I made my appointment just a day in advance, everything was completed quickly, and I was even able to use coupons, which made it very affordable.
Josh was the main person I worked with, and he was fantastic. From helping me schedule the appointment to calling me as soon as my car was ready, he was friendly, communicative, and professional the entire time. What really stood out was that Josh offered to pick me up and drop me off when my car was done — an unexpected gesture that made a big difference and really shows how much they care about their customers.
Jon, who I believe was the manager on duty, was also working behind the scenes and clearly helps keep everything running efficiently and professionally.
Overall, Auto Care Plus has earned my trust over the years. Honest, reliable, and customer-focused service every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto shop they can feel confident going to.

Comment : Came in late for work with a flat tire, Josh and Jon personally drove me to work and picked up the tire part, and he also picked me up to get my car back. Best service ive had from an auto shop

Comment : I am new to the area and needed an oil change asap! I enjoyed the service provided because it was very thorough. I appreciated them picking up on other maintenance issues that needed attention while changing the oil. Thank you Josh at the front desk for making me feel welcomed and informed about how to best maximize their services for future maintenance.

Comment : Had gone to the shop and was greeted nicely by the two men in the front of the shop, Josh and Jon. I initially was scheduled for an oil change and because of their full inspections I was able to see other parts of my car they were wrong. After realizing that I needed some other work done and given A reasonable quote for the work they ended up finishing the other pieces that needed Work done in that same day and I was able to drive my car around four. I really appreciate the hard work and the availability to finish my car in the same day knowing that there was a lot of stuff going on. In such a short time.

Comment : We bought a truck from a dealership, and before driving it even 100 miles, we realized there was something seriously wrong with the transmission. Thankfully, we had a warranty. This came with a HUGE caveat; we’d never worked with a warranty company, and the things we’ve heard have been daunting.
We researched for a reputable mechanic to bring our truck to, and decided on AutoCare Plus. I could not be more impressed.
They worked with our warranty company (EVEN OPENED THE CLAIM FOR US) to the point where we did not have to contact the warranty company but ONCE. It turns out we needed a full transmission replacement, and they were sure to go over our options and which option would be the best long-term.
They kept us informed while waiting for parts, answers from the warranty company, while waiting for the work to be finished, and were transparent on our financial obligation after the warranty covered their portion.
I cannot say more good things. We got the truck back yesterday, and she drives like a dream.
