Comment : I brought my car in for some routine maintenance as well a sensor. While they had my car, they discovered a much larger issue with my cooling system. Through the day the issue seemed to grow and grow. Before I knew it, we had to abandon the original plan for the cooling system and the cost had doubled 😭 I cried. While the work was necessary, it was also very expensive. Both the manager Jon, and Josh at the front desk, handled the entire situation with kindness, and made sure I understood all that was going on each step of the way. The mechanic working on my car was honest and made sure I knew which work was a priority for the safety of me and my family.

Comment : The North location is very welcoming and Josh does an awesome job explaining the services and cost. He makes sure you know the importance of each service, but doesn't make you feel pressured. The maintenance on both our vehicles have been top tier and reliable. Definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

Comment : When our old mechanic retired we were worried that we wouldn?t find a new garage we trusted to be fair, honest, and competent. As luck would have it, though, we found the crew at Auto Care Plus and they have shown themselves to be all of that and more. Johnathan and Josh have gone above and beyond for us, finding better deals on parts and creatively solving problems so that both our cars stay safe. They are always responsive, clear and direct in explaining issues as they occur, good at finding and diagnosing issues, and sensitive to our wallet, too, going above and beyond to save us money where ever possible! Recommend to anyone looking for a shop they can trust with their vehicle and their budget!
