Comment : The service people were nice and helpful.
The price for an 4 wheel alignment was expensive. If I knew it was going to cost 190.00 dollars. I would have taken the car elsewhere. The offer for being a first time customer of 25.00 off the bill was a helpful with the bill . But i had to remind the servce writer of the offer !!! I could have gone to a tire store for less than a hundred .
The waiting are was dirty with coffee stains and dirt and the restroom was gross and had not been cleaned in days .when I told the service writer about the bathroom. He ask which bathroom, there is only one bathroom for patrons.. lol I would say.
The service on car does seem to be performed correctly. They also added a cost for checking out the car and asked to change the oil . I did not ask for a 40 point check of the car . Just a 4 wheel alignment is all I asked for ...
Would I return there again . I don't think so ..
