Comment : Truly impress by the service. These are very friendly, customer focused and eager to help. I brought my SUV for a tire replacement, they ran a 40 point inspection, showed me (not told me) small problem with the car and I was able to address the issue. The final bill was exactly what was discussed, the only pleasant surprise was the bill had pictures of each area of the car including any replaced part. Honest, competent and nice.

Comment : I called and got an appointment that day. Took less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation. They give you details about anything that comes up with your vehicle when they're checking it, to be proactive. I like that and the fact that they don't try and make you feel like you need to make a decision right then and there. Gives me time to think about whether or not I want to get it done now or later. And they have a great warranty on work performed if I do decide to have it done.

Customer service was better than anyone could have expect for such a busy atmosphere.
Jenifer and Kyle stepped up for our unexpected needs with gracious hospitality and a community kindness. Words like courtesy, professional, and friendly are written on their building and These two truly delivered on that promise!

Comment : Called in around noon today, hoping to get an alignment. Jen answered the phone, super friendly and nice Finding a time in their schedule to make it work for a quick alignment. When I arrived, we got my account all set up and they took my truck out back right away nice and easy With a nice waiting room to hang around in. Jenn even offered a loaner car when I was there a bit longer due to needing a tie rod replacement on the passenger side of my truck. Josh found this and went and explained what was going on with the Tierod and why I needed a replacement and wanted to make sure I was OK with the rep replacing it before he move forward which I did appreciate a lot. We got a new tire rod on it. They did the alignment explained a really nice gold package that they have for a subscription which works out great for routine oil changes as my fiance is also going to get our oil change from these guys as they are super friendly and hard-working when it comes to work. Definitely recommend them for any work that you may need, Jenn, if you see this you were exceptional to work with getting my truck right and safe! Also want to add the mechanic Josh who was working with even took the time to chat with me and explain what could’ve happened and what he tried to do to make do with the parts I already had. Maybe we met a new guy to drive rc’s with too which is a win to me ha ha.
