Comment : Auto Care Plus was recommended by my AAA membership. I was totally satisfied by their service. In my case, I did an oil, filter and lube. ACP identified some minor issues when they checked over my truck. One issue, a low pressure warning light, involved an expensive diagnostic test. ACP stated that there was a bad sensor and it was not a safety issue and left it up to me to pursue this issue if I wanted to. I have an inexpensive tire gauge that I can use to check my tire pressure so I did not do the diagnostic test and appreciate ACP’s honesty. They value my hard earned money as much as I do.

Comment : I moved to Albany, NH in January 2025 , I purchased a vehicle that needed extensive and expensive repairs. Anne & Joe when I called for a quote provided me the best 5 star customer service and rapid solution and great price cost for repairs. I treated like family walking in the door & provided a loaner car to keep me on the road to work while my car was being serviced. I am truly grateful to the owners of a great establishment and the best employees Anne , Joe and the mechanics who took care of my motor vehicle needs. Comment : had a few issues with the service that was provided for my charging system but after some back and forth with the shop foreman and the general manager they went out of their way to fix my problem and made everything right for me. i am extremely thankful for the efforts of them
