Comment : My husband I went to Autex looking to purchase a pre-owned CX-5. Like other reviewers said, after comparing the numbers between financing a pre-owned versus new, we ended up purchasing a new CX-5 and we are VERY happy with the entire experience. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and personable. Hunter and Graison were great! They answered all our questions and helped make the experience downright enjoyable! I would definitely recommend Autex Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Comment : We found Autex via Carfax, because I knew beforehand pretty specifically what I wanted, and they had two models that could have filled the bill. Keene was a bit of a haul for us but since they had what I wanted, and since I needed to purchase very quickly, it made sense.

It couldn't have been more straightforward -- they accommodated my need for an evening appointment due to my work schedule, the 2 models I was interested in were ready and waiting. Sydney, our sales rep, gave me a great overview of the cars' features, and in the end, I only needed to drive the one I had been leaning toward from the beginning.

Sydney and Gretchen, the sales manager, got the numbers together quickly, answered my questions and explained the process well. There was never any pressure to consider other models or to add on anything I wasn't comfortable with.

Because I was waiting for an insurance payout as part of my financing, they were patient and helpful. And it was beyond convenient that they finance through DCU, which happened to be my bank. I had already gotten an approval for the small loan I needed, so that part was easy-peasy.

Pickup was on the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and they never seemed to be rushing things even through some waiting for insurance stuff to clear. Everyone was friendly, and Mark, the finance guy, got us through the final paperwork quickly.

The whole team was also super-accommodating about allowing me to leave my rental over Thanksgiving since we didn't finish up til it was too late that night for the Enterprise place to come and get it. That could have been super-stressful, but they made it not a big deal.

I would definitely recommend Autex and Sydney (who even got my phone set up for navigation home that night) to anyone looking out for Mazdas in the Keene area (or like me, looking for a very specific Mazda, even if you're from further away!).

Comment : Great place to buy a vehicle, Hunter my salesman did a great job explaining my new CX-5. I bought a used truck here 6 years ago and had no issues then either. I would highly recommend Autex to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Comment : Our experience dealing with Autex Mazda was fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough. We came in looking at a CX-70, and Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly through the process. Mark did a great job breaking down the finances for us and helped find the right fit. Hunter was very knowledgeable, helping us with vehicle setup and delivery. Last but not least, Gretchen was also great, helping finalize everything. Comment : Hunter, Brian and Mark were excellent to deal with. I went in with my heart set on a certified pre owned CX50 but after reviewing the numbers between finance and leasing a new CX50 and also shopping the CX 30 I ended up leasing the CX 50. Mark was very patient with me running numbers for me on several cars even offering to get the color I wanted from another dealer. Not to mention they stayed after hours to wrap up the deal. Including the service department who stayed to detail the car. I would recommend Autex Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Comment : I was looking for a new car after a really stressful accident where my car was totaled they made the process seamless and were really empathetic I worked with Steve and he was super helpful! They helped me to get the best deal I could on my brand new car and met me exactly where I was at and I couldn't be happier!
