Comment : I would like to say thanks to gretchen at autex.i called her with a car issue we were having when I got told they couldn't do the work that needed to be done too it and we would have to go to mitbushi for it.she took care of it for us and got us in today it came to be nothing major but if it was major she was going to hook us up with a loaner so neither one of us would have to miss work. That's why I've been doing business with gretchen for 20 years.thanks very much gretchen.

Comment : My father Larry bought me a brand new 2025 Mazda CX-5 2.5s premium plus 5 days ago! The entire team at Autex Mazda of Keene are extremely nice! Gretchen answered some questions for me and she called my SUV White Lightening, so that is what I named her! Hunter told me about some great all-purpose cleaning solution to get for my SUV (because I like to keep her spotless) and last but not least, Brain spent hours with my father and I teaching us several things about the vehicle. He was very kind and patient and so very helpful!!

Comment : Wonderful overall interaction throughout my entire visit to Autex. I walked around for 10 minutes or so at my leisure just browsing. Which I always appreciate, me time while looking. Shortly after browsing, I was approached by Hunter, a very welcoming employee. He was the one who showed me around the truck That caught my eye with vivid knowledge to answer all my questions and more. I always appreciate a dealership employee that enjoys cars as a hobby themselves. Getting down to the numbers, I deal with Brian and Gretchen. Brian was very easy to talk to and made it easy to understand where all the numbers were coming from. Gretchen was awesome as well, Definitely keeps you entertained during the slow periods of the process of buying a vehicle. As she says, she?s not running a museum so she would much rather you have the vehicle than her.

Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone on the team was very accommodating and polite. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family? and more. Great job everyone!! Thanks for my shiny truck!
