Colby took his time walking me through everything, answered all my questions, and really made sure I felt taken care of. Plus, he’s just good company to hang with while making such a big purchase (funny enough, we even realized we live at the same apartment complex — small world ).

Comment : I bought a new Audi Q3 from this dealership in February. At that time, we switched out the factory tires for all season tires. We were told that we could purchase bags from them and they would store the "summer tires" for free as long as we had bought the storage bags. I told the sales associate that I would let him know if we wanted to do that or we might sell the tires instead since they were brand new. It honestly slipped my mind to get back in touch with him regarding our decision until August when my husband had brought it up. Completely my fault for not reaching out sooner, but life gets busy and it slipped my mind. I reached out a couple different times to be told by a couple different people that they would try to locate the tires and call me back and they never did. Finally the sales associate I had dealt with originally reached out to say the tires had been tossed, but he would try to see if they could get me another set at a discounted rate. I explained I would not be purchasing another set from them when they pitched the ones that I had and I was honestly shocked that they didn't try to contact me to let me know I needed to pick them up or they would be throwing them away. Again, I own the fact that I should have reached out sooner, but I do feel like they could have also contacted me rather than pitching 4 brand new tires. There was a lot of back and forth texting with the sales associate basically blaming me for not reaching out to them sooner even though I said MULTIPLE times that I do understand that I should have but simply forgot. At the very least I felt like they could have offered a credit to their service department or something similar. Also, regarding their service department....I had made an appointment in June because the lane guidance was not working I guess due to some update and it took about a month for the earliest appointment. My car was then due for an oil change and I tried to make a service appointment and again, it was over a month until their earliest appointment. Not a good sign. Love the car, don't love the service. After the tire fiasco I decided to cancel the appointment with them and go to a VW dealership to have the oil changed where I was able to get in two days later and at what was probably much cheaper as well. I will continue to have servicing done at VW and if it is something that I have to take to an Audi dealer for work, I will choose the other dealer in town.

Comment : I bought a car from Lauren MacDonald over the weekend and she was absolutely amazing. Buying a used car isn’t fun - there’s not a lot of inventory and I wanted to get a good quality car for my son from a dealer I could trust to be fair and honest. Within minutes of speaking to Lauren I knew we were going to be well taken care of and we were! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I forgot to bring something important when making the purchase and she went out of her way to help us out, she stayed late to finish the transaction before I left town and made the whole experience stress-free and easy. If you want a great car buying experience, just ask for Lauren.

Comment : This review is specifically about LAUREN. I was test driving a q7 from another dealer and took it here to see if they could give a quick look. I was greeted by Lauren who was extremely sweet and helpful. Although they weren't able to look at it she went out of her way to give helpful advice and help me speak with a service member about potential maintenance cost. She was very personable and helpful despite not being a customer.

Comment : Great car purchasing experience with Valerie. She was a delight to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting for our money. She sent videos and photographs to assure us that the car was near perfect. The purchase process set up by Audi of Shawnee Mission was quick and easy. We live in St. Louis and would not hesitate for a minute to drive that 220 miles for another car that Valerie stood behind.
