Comment : I found my dream Audi A4 allroad at Shawnee Mission Audi, and contacted them for more information. Lauren MacDonald immediately responded with all the details I requested, plus more photos and video of everything. After deciding to buy it, I flew into Kansas and received first-class service from airport pickup to the no-pressure transaction to Lauren sending me a missing cargo cover (and other surprise goodies!) after I got back home. The best moment was arriving at the dealership to find my Allroad in its own special glass display room inside! It felt extra special. And most importantly the car was just as advertised, if not a little nicer! Lauren went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. Overall, my experience at Shawnee Mission Audi, and with Lauren in particular, has been transparent, streamlined, and just a stress-free experience. Plus the Allroad has been awesome! Lauren McDonald handled my online inquiry promptly and was very communicative and responsive before I even stepped foot on the lot. She answered all of my questions, sent me videos and pictures and was above and beyond.
