Comment : Outstanding experience with Audi Shawnee Mission’s Service Department. They took care of our 20,000 mile service on our Q5 and absolutely exceeded expectations.

Anthony Abbott was the difference maker. He walked me through everything with clarity, took his time, and never made me feel rushed. That level of communication and care matters, and it shows. I didn’t feel like a number, I felt like a VIP.

Safe to say, we’ve found our Audi home here in Kansas City. Appreciate the way you took care of our vehicle, and even more how you took care of us. We’ll be back.

Comment : Audi Shawnee Mission was a great car buying experience! Sales Manager Colby Beattie and staff were wonderfully helpful in moving a car from the showroom floor so I could experience an exact driving experience. Service Analyst, Bobby Dupin, was professional and friendly in assuring the final steps of a Certified Pre-owned purchase were completed. My first service experience was excellent and timely.

She made sure I got every little detail I wanted in a vehicle and even things I didn?t know I could even have/want in a car! Very genuine, transparent, honest, and the kindest person ever! She even made sure the process was just as special for my daughter. If you?re thinking about purchasing an Audi go see Lauren. She doesn?t give you the run around and will make sure you leave ecstatic about your purchase.

Comment : I purchased my 2026 Audi A3 from Valerie at Audi Shawnee Mission this week and I am so happy with the car as well as the entire experience. Valerie was kind, knowledgeable and attentive from beginning to end. I can?t say enough about how easy the process was. There was no pressure, but there was always support. There was also a day when she was unavailable, so Gordon stepped in to help and he was also great! At this point, I just think it must be the entire dealership! If you?re looking for an Audi, go see them they are wonderful

Comment : We enjoyed working with Val on our new Q7. She was patient, knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we got what was best for us. They are super flexible with test drives, paperwork and scheduling thing. Really appreciated the no pressure environment they create from start to finish!

Comment : I had a generally positive car-buying experience. Asher, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk through my questions and concerns without any pressure.

During the paperwork process, I noticed the vehicle had more mileage than expected, which hadn?t been communicated upfront. To their credit, the team handled it professionally and were gracious in switching me to a lower-mileage vehicle without issue.

The swap did make the process take longer than anticipated, but overall I was satisfied with how everything was handled and appreciated their willingness to make it right.

Comment : i have been a customer of this location since 2015, 11 years, and i do have to say since Michelle left, this place has went down hill. Customer Service is horrible. there is no respect, friendliness or grace anymore. They do not call you back even when you request it. if you want prestige service with friendliness don?t go to this one.
