Comment : Hands down, the most enjoyable, easy and pleasant car buying experience. Lauren McDonald handled my online inquiry promptly and was very communicative and responsive before I even stepped foot on the lot. She answered all of my questions, sent me videos and pictures and was above and beyond. She was prepared for my appointment time and after 3 quick test drives, approximately 20 minutes of paperwork, I was driving home in an Audi. Comment : This was my first time at this location and I will not ever go back!!!!!!! I had an appointment at 10 o clock to have them tell me what was wrong with my car. They said my appointment was listed as drop off. I told him that was incorrect that I was waiting for my car. After two hours, I asked for an update. They told me that my car had not even been pulled back!! Noel did not update my appointment to show that I was waiting and therefore just allowed me to sit knowing nothing was taking place or being done to my car!
