Comment : Before you buy an Audi in KC, just beware that even a basic service issue usually takes months to get in. And loaner cars are not available at either location. Not what I expected from a luxury brand.

Comment : We had an incredible experience working with Gordon at Audi Shawnee Mission! From start to finish he was patient, genuine, and never once made us feel pressured. He truly wanted to help us find the car that was the best fit for us and not just make a sale.

I asked him to run numbers on multiple cars and different scenarios (more than once!), and he was always kind, thorough, and quick to help without a any frustration. What really impressed me was that he kept us in mind and reached out when Audi rolled out a special incentive, which helped us land the perfect car at an amazing deal.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience or with the car we drove home in. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, respectful of your time and budget, and truly has your best interest in mind, go see Gordon!!

Comment : Our Sales professional Colby Beattie is and was professional, courteous, patient, and kind. His demeanor was just I was I looking for in a sales pro. The vehicle is filled with lots of tech. He indicated we would need to meet with him after the sale to go over the tech in detail. That happened today and in addition to the positive things I already mentioned, he showed himself to be an excellent teacher with all the qualities one may wish for. He also indicated to never hesitate to engage him with further questions. He also said that if I had questions that came up 3 years from now, he would be ready and willing to help. I can't think of any time that I have been more impressed. What a fantastic experience!
