Comment : The experience is Audi San Juan was great and well welcoming. I am 20 years old and sometimes people dont take me serious by my age, but in Audi they treat me as a normal client and better. I ask some questions to the mechanics and they answer me perfect with details, also I ask for some tips, and they help me with that. I talk to them and I feel that I know them since years, making jokes and everything. And the mantainance was really well performance, everything to the point. Half of the time I saw the procedures that were doing on my car, and was well done. 5/5 stars.

Comment : Service went well. No issues with that or the people we dealt with. However, we were very disappointed to learn the dealership no longer offers their pickup and delivery services. In September I received an email reminding me of service due on my vehicle and offering the service. Not sure why it is no longer offered. In the survey from the dealership I questioned this and mentioned they are acting like a low-end used car dealership instead of the prestigious dealership they once were and remarked they will lose even more customers with this loss of service.
