This is not the level of service I expected from Audi. Our car had an emergency issue, and despite the situation, we were told that a loaner vehicle was not available. What is even more frustrating is that no one has clearly explained what is wrong with the car or what is being done to resolve the issue. We are talking about a relatively new vehicle that is only two years old, so this experience is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had this issue with the service department. Every time we have brought our car in for service, they have been unable to provide a loaner vehicle.Audi is a well-known and respected brand, but the service experience at this location does not reflect that reputation. A big name means very little when the customer service and support are lacking.I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer care from Audi. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. 1 Reviews Dattatraya chindarkar Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 08/24/2026 Comment : Timely , courteous and spot on , just one word - they prefer debit cards over credit as credit card gets charged extra 1 Reviews Micha?l hudetz Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 08/01/2026 Comment : I should have read the reviews before getting my VW repaired here. I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak while traveling out of state. I was told the diagnosis would take a few hours, but I didn’t receive an update until I reached out many hours later. When I asked which coolant hose needed replacement and requested more detail about the estimate, I never received a clear explanation. I asked which hose it was several times, and each time the question was ignored. The first time I learned which hose it was was after the repair had already been completed. So, the entire process which lasted more than a week, I didn’t even know which part I was paying for. Communication the process was disappointing, and I had to call to get information after texts went unanswered. I understand dealership labor rates are higher than independent shops, but I expected better communication and transparency, especially given the cost of the repair. Being without a loaner, despite their website telling me there were loaners available also made the situation very difficult while working away from home. They didn’t offer any assistance in paying for a rental car, and their shuttle only goes 15 minutes away maximum. They told me they’d follow up with me on Monday when people returned loaners and that never happened. My concerns about the price and questions I had over the phone were dismissed by Crystal in an incredibly unprofessional fashion. She told me she’d never been asked for an itemized estimate, which obviously I don’t believe. It’s completely reasonable to know what you’re paying for. Never go here, full stop. 1 Reviews Chelsea l. I brought my car here for a repair, and their initial assessment missed major damage to my rear suspension. I should have listened to my insurance company, which advised me to take my car elsewhere. However, the Audi service agent, Brian, told me I could risk not receiving genuine Audi parts if I went elsewhere and that it would be better to keep my car at their center. After they had my car for over a week, they told me the repair would be delayed because their initial assessment had been incomplete. Audi provided me with a loaner because the delay was their fault. Once my car repair was completed, they then threatened to charge me for the loaner if I did not return it by the next day, despite the fact that I had already told my service representative before taking the loaner that I would not be able to return it until a specific date due to my work schedule. The service rep has agreed to that date and said it would not be an issue. They also sent the incorrect W-9 to my insurance company, and when they did not receive payment right away because of their own mistake, they threatened to keep my car. This has been absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had. Please avoid this center at all costs. 1 Reviews Rosemary chung Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 06/30/2026 Comment : I had an appointment for Monday morning and it’s Tuesday late afternoon and they still haven’t checked my car yet, I have never experienced this in my entire life of car servicing, no updates whatsoever, with the excuse that a technician is not available, why would you allow me to make an appointment if someone is not available and not encourage me to visit a different time. 1 Reviews G. padmaa Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 06/24/2026 Comment : Lazy to do complimentary services. They do not do any complimentary services you opted for... 1 Reviews Scott megaffin Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 06/15/2026 Comment : In the past, Tam has litterally begged me to write a review. He seems like a nice enough guy ... so I have done it - BUT - I have to admit, it always felt wierd. Why would a Service Lead beg you for a positive review? Today I learned that is so all the negative reviews - which may be more common that I thought - would be burried. - - At least 4 weeks ago, I called multiple times to confirm that my appointment was scheduled and it request a loaner. Each time I was promised that someone like Tam or a Service Lead would call me back. NO ONE ever did. I guess the 1.5 mins it would take to have a discussion with me was just more than anyone's schedule could accommodate. (?) How abouth this ... if Service is such an important part of this Service Centers existence, they hire someone to be a Customer Service Specialist? - - No one ever called me back. I arrived before the business was even open, to be first in line. Which I was. Promised to be given a ride home, which never happened ... so I sat in the dealership all morning long. What a collasal mistake on my part to trust anyone in this Service Department. 1 Reviews Sde c Princeton, NJ Reviewed : 06/12/2026 Comment : To make a long story short, I’d like to share a few of my experiences at this service center.1. The first time, I booked a shuttle service on their website. I was living in Ewing at the time, about a 30-minute drive away. After I dropped off my car, they drove me home and promised to pick me up later to bring me back here to retrieve it. However, by around 5:00 PM, they hadn’t arranged a shuttle at all—they had completely forgotten about it. I’ve seen others with similar experiences. This not only wastes people’s time but also their money; I had to take an Uber during rush hour just to pick up my car.2. Front Desk: Arrogant, unprofessional, and racist. I returned to the center after the incident mentioned above. When I walked in, my advisor wasn’t there. The front desk staff asked me what was wrong. I spoke a bit quickly to briefly describe the whole situation, and she said she couldn’t understand my English. I found this both funny and offensive. Even if she couldn’t understand, she could have offered me a glass of water to calm me down so I could speak more slowly, or found someone else to handle it, instead of criticizing my language skills.3. The third time I went to get my car repaired, my experience was okay.4. This time they assigned me a different advisor, who seemed fine at first. But I was wrong—I dropped off my car on Friday, and now four business days have passed, and I haven’t heard a thing. I called them, and the receptionist, still in a cold tone, transferred me to the advisor’s voicemail—only to find it full—and then hung up on me. I had to call back and leave a message to inquire about the status of my vehicle.Take your car somewhere else for repairs. While I don’t know if advisors at other locations are as arrogant and unreliable as those at Princeton, one thing is certain: my next car will not be an Audi. 1 Reviews Chelsea l.
