Comment : Watch out for these people they sold a car right out from under us even after I told them I got pre approved for the vehicle and we live a few hours away. Their excuse was the dealership always prioritizes in house customers first. What a joke of customer service. Hard to find a good dealership now a days that won't pull this kind of stunt.
Edit 4/11; purchased a vehicle from a local dealer that was willing to work with us and didn't sell the car out from under us after supplying approval letter. Sorry Plano Audi but you guys missed out on my business!

Comment : Bought used 2024 Range Rover evoque and the dealer stated it?s not responsible for items listed in their own online description of vehicle that are missing. I?m very tempted to drive over there and return the vehicle.

I?m sharing this poor experience with everyone in the community! Don?t waste your time with this dealership.

Updated 3/30/26 seeing post from dealership stating to contact is worthless. ?Ricky? (the manager allegedly) stated I?m the one out of luck and the dealership is not responsible for anything listed on their website related to the VIN. Don?t do business with this dealership!!!!

Updated 4/9/26 the general manager and sale person (Destiny) have been absolutely fabulous at making this right! They ordered and installed this missing items! I?m so very happy with my Range Rover Evoque and would come back to Audi Plano for future purchases along with referring anyone in the market for a different vehicle.

Comment : I Had a great experience at Audi Plano. Walked in to test drive a Volkswagen ID.4 and ended up driving it home. The price was exactly as advertised, no bargaining or hassle, just fair and straightforward.

Ely Espinoza was very helpful and even followed up after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied. Harman in finance was great as well?found the best deal and made the process easy.

Overall, a very positive buying experience.

Comment : Hands down the best experience I have had so far with a car purchase. I worked with Micah and Oscar and they were helpful from the start. Both were communicative, made the purchasing process easy and gained my trust to get things done. I do appreciate that AutoNation does not have a lot of random add ons like other places. I did have an issue with the vehicle that they agreed to reimburse me for, which they in fact did that. That is the part where I trusted them the most and they delivered. Entire staff is amazing, great personalities and you can connect with them easily like Carlton. McKenzie in the service department is also very sweet as well! Come purchase with Audi Plano :)

Comment : I went in just to ask about a body shop and ended up having an amazing service experience. Makenzie was incredibly kind, proactive, and thorough. She immediately had my car looked at, helped address cosmetic issues, checked my low tire, completed a multipoint inspection, and took care of an overdue oil change. She kept me updated with timely calls and texts and set clear expectations when the work required an overnight stay. I was blown away by the results and couldn?t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
