Comment : We enjoyed the purchase of our new Audi and did not feel pressured in any way during the process. Drew was able to answer all our questions, went over each step and we got a fair value for our trade. F and I (sorry, forgot his name) explained all the paperwork steps and warranty offers. He worked with us to choose the plan that was right for us and not pressure us to buy something we felt we did not need.
