Comment : Portsmouth Autobody Parts Department absolutely LOVES working with Audi Stratham. Dave D. Is always a pleasure to see when he comes to deliver us the goods, friendly and personable and we always share a story and a laugh, we even sign off on the tablet with a “smiley face” to show our appreciation. Paige and Anthony at the parts counter are always top notch, professional and personable. They have guided us through lots of questions, answers and situations and have helped us understand the “whys” and the “hows” that is the beast of Autobody parts and parts ordering/receiving. Comment : Kevin Delay, in service, is absolutely phenomenal. I purchased a vehicle out of state, it was delivered with many problems. Kevin and his team were quick and thorough in determining what the root cause of my vehicles problems. He allowed me to keep the loaner as long as i needed regardless of getting the repairs done or not. Kevin and Audi of Stratham have gone above and beyond in setting the standard of what exceptional customer service is and what others should strive to be in the automotive industry.
