Comment : Everyone was fantastic during the appointment for the first oil change and help pairing my phone with the MMI on my new Q5. Anthony assisted in explaining the technology and set up for my car. He was patient and kind which I really need since I am not the most skilled person when it comes to technology. Anthony made me very comfortable immediately. He walked me through the use, finding the apps, and answered all of my questions. Thank you all so much.

Comment : Service is consistently on time and thorough. Loaner cars are often available and offered without prompting if appropriate. The service coordinator is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized.

Comment : After searching to find a clean A6 Allroad for a few months and coming up a few hours short across the US across multiple dealerships (including here). Trevor went out of his way to attain a clean Prestige version with a fair price. Paul (finance) worked with me to get financing and funds transferred over before I even arrived at the dealership. And when we discovered a small hiccup once I finally arrived onsite to make the long drive home Beth made sure the issues were addressed transparently. The key takeaway from this whole team was one of integrity. I wish all team members at dealerships were this respectful and proactive. LOVED the team and the car! Thank you!
