No one tried to upsell me or promote services which were not needed. It's refreshing to find an honest dealership.

Comment : The service I received from the team, Hayden Bourgeois specifically, was great. However, the cost for their services are too high. Maybe I’m just a poor plebeian, but personally I can’t afford to pay their rates and will bring my vehicle elsewhere. Again, the customer service was top notch.

Comment : Our 2025 Q7 had a SOS malfunction light come on about 1 month ago. Leslie kept us informed and was a pleasure to deal with and they had us on our way home in about 1 hr. Hopefully it’s been rectified and doesn’t return.
