Comment : Our salesperson Sid was great with us. He was readily available to answer our many questions. Financing and dealing with the manager was a little disappointing. Manager was a bit too aggressive for me. Otherwise we had a good experience. Finance made a couple mistakes and were difficult to reach after we completed the deal.

Comment : I purchased a car from this dealership a year ago. The buying process was quick and easy, my sales person was also great. The issue began when I refinanced my car and had to process the cancellation of my gap insurance. I refinanced on January 5th and called the dealership right away. It was impossible to get through to someone in the finance team and I don?t think I heard back from anyone until February. Once I heard back I was told my cancellation would be processed and I?d receive a check in a few weeks. I called at the beginning of March to get an update and basically keep getting the run around. Just to be clear I refinanced on the 5th of January and called to inform them right away and have yet to get an ETA on refund or to even get my refund. When it?s to get the customers money they are definitely prompt and I?m sure if I owed them they wouldn?t be giving me so much grace. I keep calling just asking for a clear update or time frame and all I?m told is ?the person handling it isn?t here? or ?we?ll call you back?. I?ve always dreaded dealing with dealerships and this has honestly been a nightmare. My next step is to go in person and hopefully get a clear answer but was hoping I didn?t have to as I live far. If going in person doesn?t work my next step is the Better Business Bureau.

Comment : I have been an Audi customer for most of my adult life, and I can say with complete confidence that I will NEVER take my business to Nashua Audi.

Charlie Boyle is the textbook definition of a sleazy car salesman. Extremely pushy and aggressive, and is too scared to deliver bad news on his own so he pushes the responsibility onto others.

We had multiple talks over the course of the day where I went slightly outside of my budget to make a deal happen. Charlie would not take no for an answer, despite me telling him numerous times that I would rather wait until my financial situation allows for a larger down payment, he still refused to take no for an answer and eventually agreed to terms. I explicitly told him that if I go there and the payment is even a penny over what was agreed, that I am walking away. Well after my 30+ minute drive there to sign documents, he stuck me in a room with the finance manager to tell me that payment was going to be $100 more per month than what was agreed. He completely wasted 5+ hours of my day, to do something that I told him multiple times I didn?t want and would not make a deal unless it was close to my terms. He did whatever he could to get me back in the door and hoped I would roll over and accept it.

I have bought new and used cars from plenty of dealerships before and know how the game works. I couldn?t have been clearer in telling him that whatever the interest rate comes back as, I will not pay more than agreed, to which he swore up and down he could make happen. I was fully transparent on my credit score, financial situation, and wants/needs to make a deal happen. Now I have to spend time reversing my insurance needs to revert back to what it was, and have a hard inquiry on my credit report.

I don?t know about the rest of the dealership, but stay far away from Charlie. He is a prime example of the sad excuse of people entering the work force with no ethics or grace. Thanks for wasting my Saturday, Charlie. You are hands down the only reason why I will never do business at Nashua Audi.

Comment : Used CarGurus to find dealership with right used car. Although not a ?dealership? guy, I found them profession, pleasant, responsive, and not pushy! They had the car as described plus similar ones. Traded in my old car and left with the new one that day. Throughout the process they were honest, efficient and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Comment : Everyone was very nice and helpful. Filled the car with gas before driving it off the lot and detailed it. I had bought the car with a missing mat and they were very helpful to get me one. Even mailed to my house since I lived so far away. 10/10
