Comment : Just bought a pre-owned Audi Q3 for my mom from Mike at Audi Nashua, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. Mike was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—he made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our purchase. The Q3 was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and my mom couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a great car-buying experience, ask for Mike. Highly recommend!

Comment : I can’t even begin to talk about how great of a salesperson mike Melendez is. The way he treated me and my woman during our purchase of an Audi Q5 was something I’ve never experienced before. He went over all of our options without pushy sales tactics and had the best product knowledge I’ve ever seen. He even knew about the extended warranty’s that we had to be sure we purchased in the business department. Look forward to buying my next 20 cars from this Great man. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Comment : This Audi dealership gives other Audi dealers a bad reputation. I was stuck working with "salesperson" mike. Audi Nashua is extremely discriminatory/ageist. They are unwilling to work with you and are unknowledgeable on their own products. For example, I was checking out a pre-owned vehicle and mike could not grasp the concept of checking the wear and tear on the front breaks. This joke of a dealership plays games with you. I drove an hour out and was displeased with my experience. I would recommend steering clear of this "dealership" if possible. There are plenty of great Audi dealerships elsewhere; this is not one of them. If you want to waste your time with this clown show go ahead and ask for mike. I would drive an additional hour just to avoid working with them. They do not care about their reputation and is reflective of that the moment you set foot on the lot. You can find great Audi vehicles anywhere, there is no excuse to go through Audi Nashua unless you enjoy being discriminated upon. Thank you for absolutely nothing Audi Nashua. 0 stars if I could rate them that low.

Comment : I have been in the car business for about 7 years so I always go into the car buying experience with high expectations. I have to say, this dealership truly exceeded my expectations. From the initial interaction to picking up the vehicle the customer service and communication was exceptional. Hunter (sales representative) and Evan (business manager) were very welcoming, kind, helpful and not pushy in anyway which was really refreshing. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Then last month the Q7 started having overheating problems. Minutes into driving an alert would come on saying to turn the car off or it would overheat - even if it had been in the garage or the shade. We called to get a service appointment and they couldn't take us for 2 weeks despite the vehicle being not drivable and a lease they had been asking us to trade in early. We finally got an appointment and they had the car for about 5 days. We got it back a few days before we left for vacation and had it parked in a covered garage for a week at Logan. Today, when we arrived back from our vacation the car started alarming not even 10 minutes into our drive home and this time it was WORSE than what we had initially taken it in for. Of course, it's Sunday and the dealership is closed so we had to call AAA to tow it from Boston to Nashua and have a friend bring us home to NH. Now we're without a car yet AGAIN and our work schedules and childcare plans are significantly disrupted even more.'>

Comment : This dealership was amazing until about a month ago when we started having issues with our 2022 Q7 lease. We've used them exclusively since 2018 for car purchases, service, and maintenance. About 2 months ago we started getting calls to trade-in our Q7 early for a new lease. We are also ready to trade in the S3 so my husband engaged with the sales the reps. As soon as he got to actively talking with the sales department the rep would change or they would completely ghost him. There was zero continuity and follow through so he gave up and we decided to wait out the lease.
