Comment : I went for a test drive of a vehicle and then was rushed into the process of buying and leaving with the vehicle the same day. I explained I didn t have time but again they were confident I could leave the same day with the vehicle. Fast forward to finishing paperwork it s dark outside now as I m transferring my belongings from one car to another. I get in the new vehicle with tire light on and they explain they can fix that when I come for my inspection sticker which they also didn t have time to do because of the rush process. I m outside with my salesman who starts his car next to mine as I m transferring things into my new vehicle and someone yells to him if they are ok to lock up. A really great feeling as I drive off a single woman with a tire light on. The windshield wipers also need replacing and both keys I was given one had a dead battery and the other has a low battery. I can t even bring myself to go back for the inspection sticker because I feel like I was preyed upon as a single woman buying a car.I went for a test drive of a vehicle and then was rushed into the process of buying and leaving with the vehicle the same day. Comment : If I could give 0 stars I would.The techs and service writers are not honest about what is going on with your car nor do they complete thorough inspections.I don t think they should be doing any sort of state inspections.Im not sure if its a racial issue,and I will pay for good service no matter the price despite being a young black woman.I went there to have my vehicle inspected and my tints removed so as to pass inspection .Upon inspection I was told I had a muffler leak which was going to be an additional 600 dollar job went forward with service upon leaving I noticed my exhaust pipe was hanging off of my vehicle I called service department back and was told they knew I needed a new one but didn t tell me and passed my car anyways.Im not sure what the need for lying was as they were going to fail my car for not having a front plate on it but my exhaust pipe hanging off my car while I drive is passable.I shell out another 400 dollar after being given a piss poor discount for they re dishonesty. I feel as though they are not competent and lack coordination as a service team.I am still scratching my head as to why they wouldn t just tell me what was wrong with my car to begin with but at any rate I will not be returning nor getting my car serviced here as I really don t know what I m paying for if the car is not gonna be fixed properly.If I could give 0 stars I would.The techs and service writers are not honest about what is going on with your car nor do they complete thorough inspections.I don t think they should be doing any sort of state inspections.Im not sure if its More

Comment : This is 6th car I have purchased from Audi Nashua. I reached out to Kyle Haggerty on Friday night about a convertible they had on their lot that I was interested in. I told Kyle I would be in on Saturday by noon. Kyle set me up with Michael Melendez as my sales associate and I was in the car and driving home by 3:00 PM Saturday. I have always had all my service work done at Audi Nashua and always feel I am well taken care of.If you are looking for a dealership that still has their eye on customer service, I would suggest stopping in.This is 6th car I have purchased from Audi Nashua.
