Our salesperson, Michael B. was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Interactions we had with managers and the finance office were also positive. Not once did we feel pressured, judged, or anything other than respected. I was buying a car for my elderly father, who lives out of town, and found the perfect car here. The team was patient with the three-way communication the purchase involved and handled the paperwork and registration by email and FedEx. They even shipped the license plate to my father, saving him a trip to the DMV.Three things stood out: 1) After I mentioned that my father was concerned about the confusing dashboard displays in newer cars, my salesman, Matthew, found a setting to simplify the display. 2) When I mentioned that the asking price was more than my father wanted to pay, Matthew offered a nice price reduction without having to go through the usual charade of talking to his manager, having the manager come tell me why they couldn't reduce the price, etc. (And the car had just come into the dealership, according to the Carfax report, so it wasn't like they were trying to offload old inventory.) 3) The detailer--who did a very thorough job--found a hard-to-spot tear in the upholstery and repaired it without asking.While a new Audi is probably out of my price range, I'll definitely check back here the next time I need to buy a used car. 1 Reviews Lifewithjay&kiel Louisville, KY Reviewed : 04/14/2026 Comment : I?ll start by saying the young lady that answers the phone is super sweet! But upon arrival First red flag is no one acknowledges you when you walk in even though their desks are by the entrance.. everyone is either talking amongst themselves or trying not to make eye contact. I worked with Justin Kinsey and he originally Had told me he would take care of the things I needed and then follow up with a car wash. I never got that car wash. He called me and let me know my car was ready but they hadn?t gotten to wash it yet but they were going to. It took me about 30 to 45 minutes to pick up the car. It has still not been washed. He told me they wasn?t going to wash it today but if I was in the neighborhood I can come back and get it washed, which is pointless because I have a car wash membership elsewhere it?s just not good business You can quote me $5000 worth of work that I would be spending but short me a ?complimentary car wash?. Says a lot about how you treat your customers. Everything seemed clear until the final stage, when I was told that a $1,995 ?CAPITAL CERAMIC? had been added and was mandatory.When I asked if I could decline it, Matthew told me that his general manager instructed him that it could not be removed, as selling the car without it was ?not profitable? for them, given the low price, and they would rather send it to auction.This was an unexpected last-minute change. When I finally approached someone to ask what was going on, I was told they had simply forgotten about me.This is a high-end dealership, and customers are not paying cheap prices here. The level of service should reflect that. Being left waiting and ignored for that long is unacceptable and does not match the standard you would expect from a dealership at this price level.
