Comment : An all around fantastic experience. The Louisville team did a great job servicing my vehicle in an efficient manner. I dropped off my car Sunday evening using the lockbox, they checked-in Monday morning. By mid afternoon, diagnostics were completed. Work orders were in place.

I had my vehicle ready by Wednesday afternoon. Superb, and thank you!

Comment : I’m a massive car snob with a passion for mechanical engineering, so when it comes to my car I mean business. The team at Audi Louisville is top notch, they consistently take good care of me and I’ve only ever had a good experience.

Justin is an absolute class act and wants nothing but the best for the service customers and it absolutely shows; trust me when I tell you he knows every vehicle they service inside and out.

The loaner fleet is always impeccably clean, and the process is efficient and punctual, even the shuttle experience was a 10/10 - these guys don’t miss, total pros.
