I then learned the original diagnosis was incomplete. The car also needed a damaged control arm and ride height sensor. These issues were not identified back in June and left me wondering if the air strut itself was confirmed to have failed. Could the other damaged components have accounted for the issue? To their credit, they offered to cover the additional parts and labor.

Then I was told to wait 10 more days. At the end of that period, I was promised Friday. The car wasn't ready. Then Saturday at noon. By 2 p.m. Saturday, I was told substantial work still remained. That's approximately 4 or 5 specific pickup promises that fell through. I was able to pick it up by that Saturday 112 days later at 5pm. But now I learned there was another problem. The door release cable was broken while my car was in their care. I'm now being told to wait 7 more days for that part. After 112 days, another damaged component and another delay. I will also have to now take 4 hours out of my day to wait for this repair.

Update: I came in for the door release cable. Was told the part had arrived when it did not. I now have to wait longer and my day was wasted.

I've been through 4 different loaners during this one repair. I appreciate the transportation, but repeatedly switching cars has added disruption to what was supposed to be a short visit.

I called the service director 4 times now. In the beginning I was not receiving any responses but have since gotten a hold of them and it looks like things are moving faster.

The repair is still ongoing. I'm not seeking special treatment or trying to get an employee in trouble. I just want my car fixed and the service I was promised. I'd genuinely like to update this review with a positive resolution.

Update: Ran into another issue. Was told the door would be fixed on 10/13/26. Dropped the car off. Told me it would be fixed in a couple of hours. Was now told the part isn't here. An inconvenience and will have to come back.'>

Comment : I do not usually leave reviews. It has now been 115 days without my car including additional damage done and still the repair is not fully complete.

On June 20, I brought my 2022 Audi etron gt to Audi Dallas for a suspension issue. I was told an air strut had failed and that the part was coming from Germany. Was told the repair would take about 10 days. Two weeks passed. Then three. Then one month, two months, and three months with no air strut. I started contacting Audi businesses in Germany myself and spent hours tracking down the part. I was able to find it myself and coordinated approval with my warranty company, and personally delivered it to Audi Dallas. A backorder was understandable but a customer having to locate the part after months of waiting is not.

I was told my repair would be prioritized and I'd have my car the next day. Instead, the technician hadn't worked on it that day. The car also wouldn't start from sitting for so long. Staff struggled to get inside after it had been sitting there for months. Another promised pickup came and went while they figured out how to access my vehicle.

Comment : Lucio was very helpful and welcoming. Dealerships can be intimidating but I felt welcomed and taken care of right away. He did research and answered my questions thoroughly and I never felt confused or unheard. Would recommend going to him if you need your car serviced.

Comment : 1st time at Dallas Audi for service and had a great experience! From the receptionist answering the phone to my service advisor everone was friendly and made me feel confident that I'd be taken care of (even though I bought the car elsewhere). My service advisory Aaron R was fantastic - efficient, friendly, thorough and went above and beyond After owning many brands of cars, I really appreciate a service department focused on making you love your car and want to come back!

Comment : The so called "Free" diagnosis is bait & switch. They won't diagnose anything. Will call u 2 hours later to tell you, in polite words, they haven't done squat and need $280 to start doing something

Comment : Do NOT come here to get your Audi serviced unless you want to deal with negligence and deception.

I brought my car in for of concerns of shaking and a clunking sound when driving on inclines at an angle. At this point, my warranty was still active. I was told that “nothing was wrong with the vehicle” and it was “performing as intended”. A couple months later when I was going to get my oil changed at Audi Grapevine, I am informed the engine mount on the passenger side was failing. Audi Grapevine documented on the MPI video the failing mount, and proof of where the hydraulic fluid leaked out. Frustrated, I go back to review the MPI video from Audi Dallas to just see my open car hood with a narration that said “I didn’t find anything wrong with engine mounts”. I take it back to Audi Dallas to resolve this as they clearly did not address my original concern AND another dealership easily found an issue without mention of my unresolved issue with the shaking/clunking. I consulted with multiple people who are familiar with cars who said that engine mounts don’t just collapse with a vehicle that is barely 4 years old with less than 50k miles, nor do they show evidence of leaking overnight.

Conveniently enough, my warranty had just expired when I brought my car back. The service manager at Audi Dallas responded to my concerns with “there is nothing we can do”, forcing me to pay out of pocket as a “good will repair” when I shouldn’t have paid a single penny.

The MPI video after the repair showed evidence of wear from where the engine was resting due to the collapsed engine mount. Again, doesn’t happen overnight.

What a failure of Audi Dallas to not document accurate proof of their initial evaluation and then forcing the customer to pay the consequences of a missed diagnosis. They do NOT stand behind their customers, nor hold themselves accountable for their mistakes.

Comment : Professionalism and courtesy at it's best. These guys are super helpful. Even though I I was able to avail only 1 hour of complimentary diagnostic. They were professional and courteous throughout the process.

Comment : I wish I could give ZERO stars.
Yes, I sure do.
I want to thank the Director of Service for giving a directive to resolve the coolant issue and pressure testing/ full car health diagnosis fully and fairly.
Unfortumately, the issue WAS NOT resolved and was met with sarcasm and fecklessness after he left the office.
Supposedly no coolant leak was found with the pressure test and so they just topped it off.
I park the car and had air-travel for a week and a half . I return to find LOW COOLANT - AGAIN. I took it for a 2nd opinion only to find its something called a "union" or what not tgat connects to parts, one being the coolant container/system... that needed replacing and ultimately causing the leak. Something inexpensive and shouldve been identified by Audi service professionals and was not.
Very disappointing. Im telling every Audi owner I know to steer clear of Audi-Lemmon.
So thanks. You all officially made me a detractor! Its service like yours that make people avoid dealerships for repairs. Stop lying to customers & DO BETTER !!
