Comment : Very easy transaction that was handled almost exclusively through the phone, email, and text. Came in to the actual dealership for about an hour and a half to finalize paperwork and actually drive off with the car. Eric and Sofia were great and the process of buying a car through them was painless. Would highly recommend using them.

Comment : I had a great experience at Audi Creve Coeur dealership and highly recommend their service team! I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak, and the entire process was handled quickly and professionally from start to finish.

Ben Kaufman, the service advisor, was excellent—he kept everything organized and made the process completely stress-free. I especially appreciated how he handled the warranty claim entirely on my behalf. I didn’t have to get involved at all, which made everything incredibly smooth and easy.

Zack, the mechanic, did a fantastic job with the repair. The issue was resolved in no time, and I felt very confident in the quality of the work done.

This was one of the easiest and most efficient service experiences I’ve had. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from both Ben and Zack!

Comment : I WAS going to do business with Audi Creve Coeur. I was looking into purchasing a vehicle and trading in my vehicles. After working with the salesman I test drove a car that was similar to what I wanted. They were professional on my first visit. Later that day I came back and my salesman was passive aggressive and sarcastic, but I still had to get my other vehicle appraised by making an appointment. Coming back up a couple days later they appraised my vehicles very low unwilling to go anywhere. The salesman also made some rude comments about my vehicle which I thought was very unprofessional and his tone remained negative throughout. Trying to work something out with the manager they kept pushing the vehicle I test drove which I was not interested in. The ridiculous idea they kept pushing was to make the car look like the one I wanted by wrapping it the color I wanted and painting the rims (I would be the one paying for all of it). Long story short I will not be doing anything with Audi Creve Coeur.

Comment : It sucked. Never made it to the dealership. Called on Saturday to discuss my interest and then on Monday I called in advance to let salesman know I was coming and verified the vehicle i was coming to test drive. Started my 2 hour drive only to get a phone call 55 minutes later letting me know the truck i was interested in, had just sold. Needless to say I was extremely pissed. Not professional. Not acceptable.

Comment : Never had such a poor experience with a dealership until now. Michael, my salesman was great. He informed me the previous owner owned a dog and they would take care of the dirt and hair all over the trunk. The trunk was still dirty and I also noticed the seats had this weird gunk on it. That was taken care of once I came back to the dealership , but it should?ve been taken care of prior to me pulling off the lot. However, that was not the worst part of my experience. Lauren, the finance manager upsold warranty products that were not needed for the value of the vehicle and my lienholder was not revealed until after the purchase. Not to mention given an extremely high interest rate.

I refused to keep the lienholder she provided and chose my credit union, who gave me a much better interest rate. Lauren did not want to provide an updated buyer?s order when I spoke to her over the phone and was extremely rude to the point where the loan manager overhead and had to demand she provided an update buyer?s order to get a cashier?s check to provide to Plaza. When I returned to the dealership , Lauren?s body language was very cold and I watched her snap at an employee after he told her I was there, yet she never greeted me. She said she would refund me for the down payment but never provided a receipt, so I had to email 5 business days later since nothing was pending. I received an automated message that my refund was processed, yet she never emailed me back to confirm. All in all, poor customer service and definitely shows a lack of maturity on her part.
