The finance department, in particular, has been incredibly irresponsible.I purchased a 2024 Q5 in May last year. During the process, the finance representative, Kyle, added a $10,000 package to my contract without properly explaining it, disguising it within my monthly payment. While I acknowledge that I should have reviewed the details more carefully, I decided to cancel the package within a week and requested a refund. Kyle was visibly unhappy about this and told me it would take 12 to 16 weeks to process.After waiting six months and making multiple calls with no response, I visited the dealership, only to find out that Kyle had left and never processed my cancellation. The new representative, Jason, assured me that everything was now handled.
