The entire process from trading in my car to completing the purchase was very easy. There was no sales pressure . Also the immediate post sales support by Spencer was excellent. 1 Reviews Jay riccardi Allentown, PA Very transparent negotiation process. Because its different price she said, i told her no i dont have acc, she was like it will be $200.... so how does one audi dealership charge way more than the other one? When I made an appointment and someone called me, I told them that I dont have acc and she was like it won't change the price and I was like so why do you guys charge $480 but other audi dealership wants to charge me $200? She just ignored that question and told her I'm canceling it. That's just ridiculous... is the owner that greedy? 1 Reviews Hi malone Allentown, PA Reviewed : 04/13/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Vincent andresen Allentown, PA Reviewed : 03/31/2026 Comment : Very well organized always satisfied when you pull up 1 Reviews Mark Allentown, PA Reviewed : 03/31/2026 Comment : Dan D. did an amazing job helping me find the right car. He was extremely courteous and efficient with the test drives and finalizing the paperwork. I?d recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car. 1 Reviews Andy g Allentown, PA Reviewed : 03/30/2026 Comment : I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Audi Allentown over the weekend. I had reached out via e-mail and dealt with Isabella, D?mitri, and Tom, and they were kind enough to work with me on a deal beforehand since I was going to be driving up to them from over an hour away. There was a hiccup on my end, and I had to delay getting there by a day, but everyone was pleasant and accommodating. When I got to the dealer, almost everyone came over to introduce themselves and made me feel welcome. There was a bit of a wait to do sign the financial documents but I was checked on to make sure I didn?t need anything and Tom and D?mitri got any paperwork to me that they could so they could get me out the door quickly.Everyone from beginning to end seemed genuinely happy to be there. There were no games, and Tom was even honest about the second key being missing and got one ordered for me without needing to ask. This was possibly the best purchase experience I?ve had and I?ll recommend Audi Allentown to anyone in the market. It was worth the few hours driving round trip. Thanks again to Isabella, D?mitri, Tom, Dan, Spencer, and Finance Dan. 1 Reviews Lorenzo gonzalez Allentown, PA Reviewed : 03/24/2026 Comment : I purchased a Q32017 Audi in 2024 at Audi Allentown with 63,000 miles. It was sold to me as a certified vehicle, and in August 2025, they serviced it in their shop. In September, a ?check engine? light appeared, which they checked and assured me everything was fine. However, in March 2026, the car developed a serious camshaft issue, with a repair cost of $11,000.I find it unacceptable that a certified vehicle, maintained by this dealership, would face such a major failure at 70,000 miles. I expected more from a dealership selling vehicles with a promise of quality and reliability. 1 Reviews Dana swanger Allentown, PA Reviewed : 03/20/2026 Comment : So far, I?ve leased two vehicles from Audi Allentown and have been very happy with them. Despite having another dealership a lot closer to me, Brad and the sales team have always made the payment and vehicle I want happen for me without compromise!
