Comment : Called and spoke to Brian, who apparently is a manager here, and told him I very specifically wanted to get Firestone Destination LE3 's and I was calling around looking for a buy 3 get 1 free deal. He told me he could do that and I had him reiterate a few times during the call that they could do that deal. He told me yes, yes, yes and to come in at 8am today. I show up and not only do they not have those tires in stock but the kid working the front tells me they aren't doing that deal. He even calls Brian who denies telling me, multiple times, that they could do that deal. One star for being dishonest and deceitful and an extra star because I'm sure if you paid them they could probably install a basic set of tires on your car, let's be real it isn't that hard to do.

Comment : I pulled into the parking lot at 5:30 pm on a Saturday, with a nearly flat tire. The crew jumped right on it, had my tire replaced and I was back on the road in less that an hour. Truly impeccable service.

Comment : As fate would have it I had a blowout right in front of the store, I was on the phone with them to check if they had my tire in stock and an employee came over to check if I was ok. They then quickly changed out all four of my tires (my choice bc I ve been putting it off).
