Comment : Been there twice for a tire repair and tire replacement. Decent enough service those two visits. However, this time I had a tire blowout on the interstate and brought the car in for a new tire as well as a quick inspection of rotar and such while they had the tire off. I was told it could only be done by appointment. I would understand having the actual work done being scheduled but to take a quick look for a paying customer to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive with the replacement tire should not require a separate visit let alone an appointment a week in advance. Poor business practice and a bad look. Will not return.

REPLY RESPONSE: How pathetic. Anybody with any common sense will see your reply for what it is. Childish and utter disrespect and disregard for customers. I didn't ask to skip the line or express my importance over anyone. Nice try though with that low IQ logic. The tire comes off the car right? Nobody could take a quick look to establish integrity and then let me know if I should schedule a visit or simply send me off it it was fine? Thats how a real shop does it. They wouldn't dare slap a new tire on the car and send you off.

Comment : Don't let these type of scammers tell you as the consumer what they can and can't do if they're not gonna do what you're asking just put your tires back on and go somewhere else like I did.

This place sells tires that are 10 years old anyway. They're in a convenient place, but go somewhere else save yourself the headache.

Comment : My daughter had 2 dry rotted tires and we needed them replaced but nothing too expensive as we are getting rid of the car in a few months. They were very helpful on the phone and when we arrived they were courteous and friendly. We were in and out in 30 minutes.
