Comment : These people are so lazy they don’t want to work. The guy in the reception is very rude. Person must be changed. They think they have to finish one car in a whole day such a idiot experience.

Comment : I normally don’t post reviews, but my experience with Atlantic Tire was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my truck here around Memorial Day weekend when options were limited. The mechanic encouraged me to bring it in, claiming they had cancellations and could take care of it — easily the biggest mistake I made.

First, instead of sourcing the necessary parts themselves like any professional shop would, they told me to find the part myself. That was the first red flag, but I went ahead and ordered it — having it shipped directly to their shop. After it arrived, I assumed my truck would be worked on immediately. Instead, days passed with no progress, and when I finally asked, I was told “I have other cars” — as if my time and situation didn’t matter.

Worse yet, my truck was kept outside, exposed to the elements, because supposedly they couldn’t fit it into the garage. Funny enough, they eventually did get it inside — meaning that was an excuse. Even then, the only time they worked on it was when it wasn’t raining.

The delays kept piling up — over a month passed for a repair that should have taken a few days. I repeatedly had to chase them for updates. I was told at one point it would be “another week”, and that they’d call me if anything changed. That week came and went — I never got a call.

I had to drive by myself just to check, and when I saw the truck still on the lift, I let it slide for the weekend. But come Monday, I called again to ask why I hadn’t been updated. Not only was there no apology, but I was put on hold and then the mechanic was thrown on the phone to say, “Your truck is ready.” That was it.

I contested the bill — understandably — given the ridiculous delays, lack of communication, and inconvenience, including money lost on Ubers when I could’ve gone elsewhere and had my truck back weeks sooner. Instead of any accountability or attempt to make things right, they got defensive and dismissive.

This whole experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I trusted this place based on my girlfriend’s recommendation — but I wouldn’t make that mistake again. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
